“Element vape has been my go to one stop shop for all my vaping needs! They seem to be the only online retailer to stock my flavor juice. I cannot get it locally. And their selection of mods and accessories are awesome too. I started with a little 50w Geekvape and have since upgraded to the 100w s100. I find all my tanks here as well. I use Zeus tanks, they never leak. Here recently I had an issue with the website not working. Unfortunately at the time they were running a sale. I’ve had this issue before and normally it would take a day or two and load up and checkout just fine. But not this time. And I missed the sale. I continued to try for a week and with their gracious help I was able to delete my account, reopen it (transferred my rewards balance) and they are even sending me a partial refund on my order to reflect the discount I should have gotten! Their customer service is and has always been top notch and whenever I have any issues, which are few and far between, they handle them efficiently and with the upmost care. Hands down An amazing snop. I will not go anywhere else. Elementvape for life!”
“My package was lost by GLS (the absolute WORST delivery company I have ever used). After days of trying to resolve this with GLS, Element Vape was awesome enough to replace my order and made sure it was sent through an alternative carrier. I am really looking forward to my replacement Novo4 and the new juice to try. Element has a great selection compared to other sites for great prices. My only hope is that they choose not to go with GLS in the future as they are horrendous. Every review of them was similar to my experience. Element shipped my order promptly and processed it the day I ordered. The company was communicative through the entire issue and has done nothing but try to remedy it. Still...No more GLS, please!”

“This vape store is one of the last good ones out there for online shopping! Element vape and vape royalty are the only stores that ship your items within 1-2 days and delivery is less than 3 days always! I’ve tried so many other online stores and my package gets shipped a month later and never makes it to me because the shady, off brand tracking and shipping companies they use. Trust me only use element vape if you want your items to make it to you in less than a week. Prices are extremely low also. I can’t say enough good things about this company!”

“I have been ordering from element vape for years and they have always had a fantastic variety of equipment and juice. They always have the items I typically order in stock and great prices as well as speedy processing and delivery. About a week ago I had my very first issue and it had to do with a coil not fitting properly and their support staff was amazing at working with me including sending tutorial videos made specifically for the issue I was having but reviewing the video I had made of my issue. They went out of their way to make this correct sending me out replacement coils.
