"Ordered a mighty plus in March and after a few days the screen began to go out. Reached out to Element vape for troubleshooting but never heard back from them. Finally, before the 30 day warranty replacement\/exchange expired I requested a return authorization but they denied my request. The policy states that 30 day window for exchanges applies to the mighty plus, but this company fails to stand behind their own policies. Never use the. You will get burnt.."

"Overall just a terrible experience. I bought a dispo, it took a while to get here. Ordered it on Monday last week and just got it Monday a week later. So I bought the Cotten candy verison from another website because this one on this one was sold out. So the one I bought the day after on Tuesday arrived on Saturday. So I get the vape today and open it up. The oil is freaking clear. I\u2019ve bought multiple dispos from this brand and we\u2019re always yellow oil. So I\u2019d watch buying from this website. It sucks I wasted 30$ on something I won\u2019t even use because it doesn\u2019t look right. I tried it like an idiot and now my stomach is just turning. There\u2019s better websites to buy stuff off of. This will be my last time buying off of here."

"Only order from them if you don't mind waiting FOREVER. The 5-14 days they tell you is an absolute lie. I've made the mistake of ordering from them three times now, and I'll NEVER do it again. I havent ordered from them for a while, so I forgot how TERRIBLE they are at getting the order out. Even if you pay for expedited shipping, it is a waste of money. I ordered a vape 2 weeks ago, and it's been in the same spot since the 25th. When I emailed them to ask them what's going on, I got no help. DO NOT ORDER UNLESS YOU WANT TO WAIT A LONG TIME!!!"

"Purchased one of The Kind Pen Slim Oil Vapoizers from them. Shipping time was slow and when I got the item the charger that was included did not work. I contacted them to request a replacement charger that would work. To submit the support request I was directed to provide pics proving there was an issue. In accordance with this Iuploaded a pic showing that the light on the charger would not illuminate. They then came back with a request for a video so that they could more further determine what the problem was. Itt's apparent they do not want to provide a good working charger for the battery therefore they are demanding more then necessary proving the issue. Be wary of this company."

"I placed a order on January 6th, 2025 and todays date is January 20th, as of today there is still no tracking updates, I got 2 new starter pack rigs, 4 bottles of E-Juice and 2 extra multipacks of coils. Today I started looking online into this and the way this company ships, if you don\u2019t live on the western side of the USA then they WILL take 4 WEEKS to get to you, I\u2019m not saying this is a bad site to use, if I wasn\u2019t getting new rigs then I probably wouldn\u2019t even care, Im writing this review for people on the East Coast, USA"

"The company's Zendesk help is not helpful and do not attempt to understand the issue. They also take 48 hours or longer to respond. \r\n\r\nTheir \"bettertrucks\" shipping is a complete disaster. The company claims that they have \"attempted delivery\" three times. This is not true. I have video camera that that proves that no attempt was ever made. \r\n\r\nAfter trying to contact the bettertrucks via phone, I was put on extensive holds only to be disconnected each time. \r\n\r\nCurrently, the poducts are being shipped back to Elemental Vapes as it is their policy to send back after three attempts."
