“Purchased a vape pen along with coils. The coils received were damaged. Although the coils shipped were damaged, they refuse to replace them. They offered a $5 store credit. “Purchased a couple e-juices and one was broken. Since I did not open the second bottle until the first bottle was finished, I did not know it was broken and all the juice would spill out every time I tried to refill. Customer service was super rude and stated that it went past the 30 day purchase date they would not exchange it. I thought it was pretty unreasonable considering they sent me a broken product and I had no idea until I opened it. Plus they were so rude and kept emailing me the same message over and over again.”

This website is trash! Ordered Artery pal 2 coils straight from THEIR scroll down menu for the replacement cores/coils for the artery pal 2, they sent me ones that didn’t fit, and say that they cannot exchange them for ones that do... what kind of customer satisfaction is that?
IT WAS ON YOUR MENU AS A REPLACEMENT SO HOW ARE WE SUPPOSED TO KNOW THEY WOULDNT FIT?!?

“They tried to do the "ole low priced item that is never in stock trick" and then tried to get me to buy something else. I asked for a similar item for the same price and they cancelled my order. Read these other reviews. These guys are terrible and can't respond for 24-48 hours when they mess up. Beware, stay away from Elelment Vape!!!!”
