“NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER. Apart from vaguely answering my numerous inquiries about a month+ long non-delivery, customer service has been non-existent. Instead of getting my order to it’s destination, EV took my money and resorted to threats. Beware”
“Placed an order January 2nd and it showed it arrived in my city January 6th. Ever since then, at the end of every day, it says rescheduled delivery, no delivery attempt, and pushes it the next day. My package has been in my city for 8 days now. When I attempted to file a claim for lost package through the company I paid to protect my package (they contract with Element Vape) they said it was approved but that I would only get refunded for the item itself. Proceeded to say it excluded shipping, fees (adult signature fee), and even the tax on the product! All in all would have been $20 of the $60 order. I disputed the charge with my bank. Do not do business with these folks. Horrible company, will not respond to emails, and even their insurance they provide is a total sham. Spend your money elsewhere.”

“Company lists incompatible products on their website and when you ask to have the compatible product shipped or refund your purchase price they refuse. They take now ownership for the mistakes on their site and don't care about customer satisfaction.”
“Absolute horrible company my husband ordered bottles of juice it took them three weeks to ship it and then when he received the package it was someone else’s order. He contacted the company only for them to tell him that it’s not their problem (Human error) that he would have to ship back what they sent wrong before they reimburse him or send him what he originally ordered. Which is ridiculous to make him have to wait even longer because they made a mistake and sent him somebody else’s stuff. Fast forward three weeks and he still not reimbursed and they sent him a three paragraph email about how humans error and make mistakes I wonder how many mistakes this company actually makes and how many wrong orders they send out. If I were you I would shop anywhere else. Sucks to even have to give them one star. While I understand businesses are having a hard time it shouldn’t take days to respond to someone’s email and it shouldn’t take weeks being hassled to get reimbursed.”
“100$ purchase never arrived but element vape says it did. Who ever signed for my pkg signed the wrong name. Element vape will not refund or resend items. They blame the carrier and won't help the satisfy the order. No course of action available and from what I'm seeing online I'm not the only person who has fell victim to this scam. Do not buy from element vape”
“This is the third time I've waited two months+ for 4 freaking coils. I live outside DC, not a remote location or anything. I ordered 10.4.2021 and now its Jan 6 2022, and they PUSHED the delivery date AGAIN to January 11th. Never shopping there again.”

“Ordered from them 10/25/2021. No product received as of 12/21/2021. They responded one time and stated that once the product was shipped, the issue was out of their hands. I did some research and found that their address listed with the BBB is incorrect. It is actually a private owned shipping company at the address. The phone number was also dead. Found another POBox address listed for them and a phone, but the phone does not get answered. I see a lot of complaints being written about them and the shipping company X Delivery. Would be perfectly happy with my money back, but no one responds.”
“My shipment was sent to the wrong house after many days of rescheduled drop off. What a waste of time and money they need to get their head in the game and make it right with costumers. Looks like this company is going into the dumps. They also added large "tax" to my order but other websites do not do that for the same address. I will not be using this company ever again.”
“I order December 1st and my order still not delivered. I email element vape 3 times asking what happen to my order, someone from the trucking company text message me that they deliver the package 5 times and nobody is home, my camera did not show anybody. I am still waiting for my package. This might be the last order I will purchase from element vape. Hoping I get my order. It's worth $80.”
“I will never shop with element vape again. I swore them off years ago because they sent me the wrong item. And it wasn't as big an issue that it was the wrong item because it was only $15 but i contacted them several times and they NEVER responded. Well i got desperate because my regular shop MVS was sold out of what I needed and ordered from them. Over a month later nothing no order. When I contacted them they sent me a long form letter about how they are experiencing issues with shipping which I get but it specifically stated that they will be issuing no refunds. Seriously, you can't expect anyone to be that understanding, okay I may never get my order or my $80 back🤷”
“My order was a day late, which no shipping update, BUT customer service was very patient with me freaking out after I read unhappy reviews. I had to contact them through fb, because the website wasn’t helpful, could use some work on the live chat. I sent a huge humble apology, and will be ordering from them again.”
“I have only ordered from Element two times. First one went without an issue. Second time, which is now, didnt. UPS, USPS, and FedEx doesnt handle vape products anymore, the Element went with some third party delivery company, which my item has been at for over 20 days and has not left the facility. Element told me to wait a little longer, and the shipment company never got back to me about the package. I asked for a refund from Element because you do pay for package protection but they wont give me the time of day”
“I've generally been happy with Element Vape, however, this new shipping service they have contracted is the absolute worst! I've been waiting since black Friday to receive my order. The shipping company shows my order is in Plano, TX which is just minutes away from my house. It's been sitting in Plano, TX since December 3rd (it is currently Dec 9th). I've reached out to Element Vape via email and through Facebook but their support is lack luster at best. In fact, they deleted my comments on Facebook!
I would have appreciated some follow up from Element Vape that shows they are at least trying to figure out what's up with my order. I understand that the vape community took a hard blow in not being able to use major shipping carriers but ignoring your customers and not facing these issues head on tells me that they don't care about their customers and that I should take my business elsewhere.

“I used to really like ordering from here... however the new shipping is absolute trash. I have been waiting over a month for a package supposedly in my city, but is never out for delivery. They can have my $50 merry Christmas. Garuntee I won't order again. Sorry Element Vape, it was a good 3 years but this relationship is done.”
