“My shipment was sent to the wrong house after many days of rescheduled drop off. What a waste of time and money they need to get their head in the game and make it right with costumers. Looks like this company is going into the dumps. They also added large "tax" to my order but other websites do not do that for the same address. I will not be using this company ever again.”

“I will never shop with element vape again. I swore them off years ago because they sent me the wrong item. And it wasn't as big an issue that it was the wrong item because it was only $15 but i contacted them several times and they NEVER responded. Well i got desperate because my regular shop MVS was sold out of what I needed and ordered from them. Over a month later nothing no order. When I contacted them they sent me a long form letter about how they are experiencing issues with shipping which I get but it specifically stated that they will be issuing no refunds. Seriously, you can't expect anyone to be that understanding, okay I may never get my order or my $80 back🤷”

“I have only ordered from Element two times. First one went without an issue. Second time, which is now, didnt. UPS, USPS, and FedEx doesnt handle vape products anymore, the Element went with some third party delivery company, which my item has been at for over 20 days and has not left the facility. Element told me to wait a little longer, and the shipment company never got back to me about the package. I asked for a refund from Element because you do pay for package protection but they wont give me the time of day”
“I've generally been happy with Element Vape, however, this new shipping service they have contracted is the absolute worst! I've been waiting since black Friday to receive my order. The shipping company shows my order is in Plano, TX which is just minutes away from my house. It's been sitting in Plano, TX since December 3rd (it is currently Dec 9th). I've reached out to Element Vape via email and through Facebook but their support is lack luster at best. In fact, they deleted my comments on Facebook!
I would have appreciated some follow up from Element Vape that shows they are at least trying to figure out what's up with my order. I understand that the vape community took a hard blow in not being able to use major shipping carriers but ignoring your customers and not facing these issues head on tells me that they don't care about their customers and that I should take my business elsewhere.

“In case this helps anyone... I was ready to call my bank since I was in the same boat as the rest of u. After over a month I got tired of writing tickets and checking the useless tracking. The only way I was able to get a response from Element is via Facebook. It's only then that I learned it wasnt X-Delivery who was holding the package hostage, but instead a company called Jet Transportation and Logistics, Inc. I called them today and my package just arrived. Jet only services NJ/NY/VA/MD so if ur in states aside from those, you may want to reach out to Element on Facebook and find out who really has ur order. Super frustrating process but thankful at least i finally have my order.”
“Horrible and I mean absolutely horrible. They are scammers and they create a fake label. They charge you shipping and handling but trust and believe you will not receive your package as they lie about the tracking information. The carrier they use deleted delivery attempts off if there tracking after I left them a message stating I was home. I can't file a claim for a refund because the carrier still has package. It will sit there a month before you get fed up and ask for a refund. It's a scam. Plain and simple and if it isn't noone wants to ever wait over a month and continuously be lied to like us customers are trash when I'm fact you're in business because if us.

“Absolute TRASH. 26 days and counting. Spent $14 for shipping only for it to take 26 days...and counting. They send you a tracking number, but the tracking is ABYSMAL; it doesn't tell you WHO the carrier is. It says it is at the "Final Mile Carrier" where it has been for NINE DAYS. Do yourself a favor, order from someone else, because Element Vape is not the place for you if you want, need, or desire to get your products in an even halfway reasonable amount of time.”

“I placed four separate orders with Element Vape on Oct. 25, 27, and 29th and one one order arrived at this time (Dec.1st). The order that arrived was being delivered by a lady whom called me at 6:30 am on a weekday stating that she had a package to deliver to me and the package required a signature. She wanted to know a time I would be available at home to sign for and receive the shipment. I work at 8am so I told her she could come by before 7:30am or it would be after 5pm before I would be back home. She said that she would be at my home before I left at 7:30 then called back at 7:35 to say she decided to wait till the evening to come by. This of course made me a few minutes late for work but not a huge deal. It was my decision to wait on her in hopes of receiving my order. I received another call from her around lunch which when to voicemail. She wanted to know if anyone was at my house that could sign for the package or if she could come by my workplace. The answer was No to both questions she had so I didn’t call her back. I arrived at home around 5pm and at 6:30 a gentleman showed up at my door with the package dressed in street clothes and driving a older sedan. I collected the package from him and asked if he needed my signature. His response was “Well, no. You are over 21 right?” I said sure and he left. I opened the package and it was replacement glass for an m-pro tank( part of one order out of the four I placed with Element Vape) Still waiting and wondering about the rest of the shipments. Any emails sent to Element Vape inquiring on the orders are answered with a pre written response letter. All tracking information indicates that the shipments have been shipped and received which isn’t the case. Meanwhile, they fill my inbox daily with ads on products for sale and discounts. Element Vape is having huge problems with shipping and unsatisfied customers feeling ripped off at this time. Why don’t they try to fix the shipping issues and deliver the products they’ve sold before they try to sell me more items? I just want what I paid for and then I’ll shop elsewhere from now on. I have learn my lesson on this vape supplier.”
“I placed two orders with them.. one on Nov 2nd and one on Nov 4th. Today is Nov 28th and I have received one item from one order and nothing else. After contacting them multiple times and receiving only an automated message in response, I went to their Facebook page and contacted them and received a message stating they were sorry that I have not received my order and that was it. Since I ordered from Element Vape, I have ordered items from China and received them.”
