“I ordered a mod on Jan 28th. On the 29th I reviewed shipping confirmation. On February 2nd it says pickup complete in CA. Now it's the 3rd of March and it still don't say anything different on the tracking. What a scam.”

“Ordered 3 sets of coils at the begining of January to be delivered by the 6th of January.... Low on hard to find coils needed them soon..... Middle of January had to dispute the charge because I had not received my coils nor an email stating they would be late....after cc challenge they sent them on feb 3rd received on Feb 6th.....I did receive my order even thou it was a month late and challenged on my card ... Such a pain so only three stars because i did receive my order just had to take extra steps.... Should rate lower because waiting on my coils I had to travel about 45 miles one way to get coils since I was running low and they took so long ....”

Elements vape took no responsibility for the delay and after going back and forward on day 28 the costumer service offered me full reimbursement if the item does not arrive in 30 days time line. Items finally showed up on day 32 and element vape retract their offer for refund and claimed they only offered the reimbursement in case of not receiving the items. So refuse the refund me or provide any compensation…
In addition there was a missing item in my order, I order a full starter kit but they only sent me the mod for the kit and instead of doing the right think and sending me the missing piece or at least refund me for their mistake, they asked me to return the item and they will not ship the correct item until they receive the return product…
I purchase vape products from other sites before and I had problems with them as well but they always did the right think either provided refund or resend the item without causing any more inconvenience to me! I never had to deal with such a bad customer support before. I don’t think I will ever use this site purchase any vape products anymore!

“I placed my order on the 16th of January and it arrived 11 days later way under the 20 business days I was prepared for. Their tracking info is not on the money but once it got to a local carrier I received it within days. This was my first experience with them and I had my doubts but I don't anymore. I live in the eastern part of the US and they just started shipping near me. No other online vape store ships to my zip code yet and I will continue to order from them.”

“Placed an order January 2nd and it showed it arrived in my city January 6th. Ever since then, at the end of every day, it says rescheduled delivery, no delivery attempt, and pushes it the next day. My package has been in my city for 8 days now. When I attempted to file a claim for lost package through the company I paid to protect my package (they contract with Element Vape) they said it was approved but that I would only get refunded for the item itself. Proceeded to say it excluded shipping, fees (adult signature fee), and even the tax on the product! All in all would have been $20 of the $60 order. I disputed the charge with my bank. Do not do business with these folks. Horrible company, will not respond to emails, and even their insurance they provide is a total sham. Spend your money elsewhere.”
