They cancelled my order without gave any reason even my billing and shipping address are the same, worst online shopping experience ever!

The worse refund policy. I spent $400 on clothes and sent a few items back since they didn't fit and it's been 2 weeks since they received it and no one can tell me when my refund will come. I even paid $60 for return shipping since I am in the US. I will never order from them again.

Worthless. My second order from End was cancelled due to stock error which I was told, from an End customer service employee, was EXTREMELY rare. I thought alright, since it is extremely rare it can’t happen again. My third order from End was “On hold” for four days. Guess what happens next.. It was cancelled! So, I recommend End to anyone who like to order stuff, pay for it, have the order cancelled and getting a refund. Awesome.

I never received what I ordered from END. After waiting bout two weeks for them to "investigate" I was told that, because END's contract with FedEx allows FedEx to leave packages outside delivery locations without a signature, neither END nor FedEx is responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they are allegedly delivered. END refused to issue me a refund.

I bought a shirt from end and I then decided that I wanted to return it because I found the same shirt for a cheaper price. I emailed them (30min after placing my order) asking if I could cancel the order because it was not shipped yet. I got an email hours later saying that it was too late and I would not be compensated for the return mailing charges. Terrible service.

Extremely lousy customer service! Won the ballot for a newly launch sneakers, took my payment and then just simply sent me an email after 5 days to inform me that they will refund my payment. And only when I replied to the email asking for the reason for the refund...then they told me it’s a stock error! How disappointing and disgusting is that and to think that I have bought thousand of dollars of products from them over the past 2 years! Never order from End Clothing ever again!

Your return polish is absolutely HORRIBLE. I paid $330 for pair of sneakers and it was gonna cost me $269 to send it back never again.

I placed six separate orders with END during April 2019. END were unable to complete three of these orders due to 'stock errors'. END claims that 'stock errors such as this are infrequent', and yet my experience is completely the opposite. I've never shopped anywhere online that is unable to complete 50% of my orders in a four week period. Be aware that whenever you shop online at END, it's a complete lottery as to whether they actually have the items they claim to be selling.

I placed an order with END clothing on April 6th today is the April 18th and still no sign of anything. I’ve contacted them twice and they’ve fobbed me off with empty excuses and still no dispatch date. I will never use this site again! 😩

Useless I ordered 4 pairs of trainers which they took the money for. I waited with no email saying that they where dispatched. I had to contact customer services who told me 3 pair are out of stock. I did receive a part refund and I am still awaiting the one pair they had in stock a week later.

This site is a sham. How do you sell a product you dont have in stock? ANY other site when you select an item, it will tell you it is available or out of stock. Stay away from this site.

The worst customer service ! The only word they can say it's sorry when they fucked up. They are ridiculous and they provide fake advertising to make money.

Really bad customer service. They are refusing me a refund for a pair of trainers that they delivered to the wrong address. I cannot get the trainers and they are refusing a refund. They've taken my money. I've got nothing :-( BAD COMPANY!!!!

WATCH OUT!!!! ABSOLUTE CON!!!!! I've basically given them my money for a pair of trainers, I have never received them and now are refusing to give me back my money. Be aware that, you may not receive your product and they will not refund you. I've heard this happens a lot with END Clothing. It's better just to use another site.

My whole experience with END. was extremely disappointing. I ordered a pair of shoes online, but accidentally ordered the incorrect size, (as they were labelled with the UK sizing- not US.) I emailed them immediately, as it was an innocent mistake, hoping they could rectify the issue. I explained my difficult situation, but customer service showed no compassion and were extremely unhelpful. I ended up having to return the shoes at my own expense of $45 AUD! What I thought was a bargain $149 ended up costing me $199 and a whole lot of time and STRESS! I asked if they could subsidise part of the return fee, or offer a discount code for a future purchase, staff were rude and I was blatantly refused. Considering most online stores offer free returns, I thought this customer service was outrageous. I definitely wont be ordering from them again- its much safer to order from a place that offers free returns/ or buy in store- as you never know the exact fit/colour/style when buying online!

I placed the order on 12/21 and the site has clearly said the shipping is a 2-3 day delivery. I purchased two items as gifts for my brother and dad visiting me from another country. However, I received my items on 12/31 which is 11 days. I never thought their order will take 11 days when they said 2-3 days priority shipping. So my brother already left when the order arrived. I emailed them hoping they could pay for my return shipping charge because they first let me not be able to give my brother a Christmas gift when he travels abroad to visit me and also I need to pay extra money to ship the item back because they made mistake shipping my items late. I would highly recommend everyone to not place anything with END, buy from somewhere else. There are so many other boutiques selling same stuff with way better service.

Ordered a HAY mirror and 3 other small items, 2 weeks later when I received the item the mirror was missing, was told they’d follow up, two weeks later no response. I followed up and still waiting for a response 4 days since my last email. $80 Australian dollars down the drain.
