“About three years ago, I paid them around $700 for help with a résumé, cover letter, and job hunting. The promise was “support until you’re hired.” Before signing the contract, I asked whether they were familiar with the Canadian job market, and they confidently said yes. However, once the contract was finalized, it became clear that they were actually based in Germany and had no real understanding of Canadian hiring standards. The résumé and cover letter they created for me were completely unsuitable for Canada. Every résumé advisor I consulted afterward confirmed that the documents were far below Canadian expectations—poorly formatted, poorly written, and not market-appropriate. As for job hunting support, there was essentially none. It quickly became obvious that they had no knowledge of how the Canadian job market works. Overall, it was a total waste of time and money. If you’re in Canada, stay away from this group. They are simply not equipped to help you in this market.”

Hi Joel, thank you very much for posting a review. We're surprised to hear that you're having issues copying a resume. There is a "duplicate" option in the Documents dashboard which lets you create as many copies as you need. There is also a "Make a Copy" option in the "Create New" menu in the resume editor.
