“Very good but not fantastic in terms of flexibility in styles of type, color, and layout. It’s easy to use, though, and gets the job done.”

“Yeah, let's see: 1 - I lost my cv..., downloaded it to pdf etc..., but I had to do it again 2 - the way the blocks are moved is bad, only upwards, which generates important errors when, unintentionally, it is put in the title of a section. 3 - it would be nice to be able to add blocks or sublocks to the right or left. 4 - you have quite a lot of work to improve the algorithm that recommends texts..., most of them are too incredible..., more realism, more customization according to who is doing it, moreover, in that part, even I could help you You're welcome.”

“I like Enhancv but it is a huge letdown that resumes can’t be downloaded as a Word document. It’s very inconvenient and doesn’t support the top format recruiters request resumes.”

“I like the templates and layouts you can use to design / create a resume, especially the fact that there are a lot of role-specific samples. It would be greatbto have the option to download my resume in Word, for those websites or Recruiters who might prefer to receive it in that format. I wish there were also sample cover letters to choose from, which was what I expected when I subscribed. Making me draft one from scratch, means I don't need your site to do it. I also think your algorithm needs tto be worked on. I get that you're trying to convince people to subscribe but when your system is finding fault with an unedited sample that I just saved from your site, that shows that the "suggested corrections" are just bogus and smack of a lack of integrity. If you're going to suggest corrections to my resume, I expect your samples to be perfect by your software's standards.”

“limited amount of features, backgrounds, colors and templates and posibilites to edit the features myself. However, what I disliked the most is that adding a hyperlink in the header produced an error when redirecting to the website, i.e. it didn't find the correct link. that is very unpleasant imo and made me stop using the premium service. I also really do not like the fact that the website is using not the original hyperlinks but redirecting it over their servers to do some analytics on it. not very transparent imo.”

“We subscribed for one month to access the templates and found one that is nice. While there are some cool features within the templates, it feels like our hands are tied in regards to fonts (very limited), type size (big or medium), and even colors. I paid $20 for the one month to save some time creating a resume template but when all is said and done, it’ll take more time to get the resume because I’ll have to build my own template with fonts, etc.”

“The software itself is very helpful, and I enjoy working with it. However, I never got my free month that was advertised to me in the email, so I was charged immediately and that messed with my finances drastically. The person who recommended me to Enhacecv never got her $3.00 credit either, saying that I haven't registered yet, but you all happily took my money. This is unorganized at best, or false advertising at worst. The lack of options for customer service is disappointing too. Thankfully you all sent this survey. I'll continue to use enhancecv and might recommended it some, but the whole credit thing and free month feels like a scam. Sorry this is so harsh, but this was beyond frustrating.”

“I was a huge fan of Enhance before. Recently however the pricing has been really not well thought. The 5 dollar option is just ridiculously stupid. It’s disappointing to see a good idea turn into a failure.”

“I signed up for your product because I know people who have used your software. I like everything about your product other than support. I think there should be a customer service phone number for support. If a client needs help they should be able to get it within a reasonable amount of time. I had sent numerous messages for help and honestly did not get it. I was able to find the answers to my questions eventually by myself. I was given information that was not correct. So, overall I think it is a good software program to help people with their resumes. However, the support is not adequate in my opinion.”

“Improvement suggestions are not very helpful, they could be more tuned. More editing capabilities would be better as well, such as being able to move lines and fix spacing if a line is left blank. Templates and sections are nice with a lot of options, but would be better with more shades of colors. Pricing is also not competitive, and not very viable with its high cost for students. Potentially including student options or family/friend plans would make the service more wide reaching.”
