“Overall, I like the product but it could be better(just a little clunky). Didn't show that the word "gaget" was misspelled in my resume. I couldn't find the exact match for my cover letter to my resume template after I already created my resume. When I clicked on Cover Letter Examples it asked me to sign in again. After I did, it took me to the home page.”

“The experience of adding/arranging/updating sections was not very intuitive compared to other similar tools I have used before.”

“I am impressed by the possibilities and the good examples you have for resumes and letters. But since you don't have a spell checker in Norwegian (Can't find it anyway), it gets very annoying with red pop-ups all the time. I have received good feedback on how good these applications have been, BUT, and this one is big...When I saved a file, the years of work experience changed, which ended up with the company I applied to, thinking I had 7 years of management experience instead of 2 years. Fortunately, it went well, but this is very scary, as I could have been caught for giving false information. I think it was a bug, and I hope it never happens again. ( Will check 100 times more, before sending a application again) Kinde regards, Lise”

“Overall it's a nice platform/tool. However, more advanced options are missing which sometimes match your exact needs. Options like: Adjust text size of a certain section only(Eg. FIND ME ONLINE); Adjust space between the elements of a certain section (Eg. LANGUAGES); Enlarging the picture size, or use ellipse form; Set book title next to the book image;”

“No option of formatting Text content, in most of the sections of Resume, all the settings are pre set. No option to download the Resume in Word file either.”

“The tool is quite buggy. I’ve had to go back and forth updating certain fields because the save function doesn’t work properly. Even when it supposedly worked, the document export showed missing information in those specific fields. I wouldn’t recommend the tool, especially at the current price of €22/month.”

“I am still using it I like the template variety available and would certainly recommend I only wish it would pick my LinkedIn and use the available information”

“The application uses different fonts and sizes on different areas of the resume but does not let you correct these changes for something consistent.”

“I like how easy the program is, but there are some features I’d like to see. First, changing the font sizes within each section instead of the whole page. Second, options to change the spacing in a specific section. Some of the spacing seems a bit extra. And lastly, I’d like more versatility of the reader section. When I remove the picture, it makes the bullets off center with a long link.”

“Too much features. Some of the core functionality is not polished. I could give you a few examples.”

“1. The templates are the most meaningful features for me. 2. When uploaded a new resume it only uploads just the company name and non of the job description”
