“worst online payment experience I have ever made, I had some credits from inviting my friend which is more than the subscription fees. they asked me for my credit card but they will use the credit that i have after I entered my credit card the charged me the full subscription fees without use of my credit on the website. I have also contact with the support but they are not replying. I do not recommend this website for any one also go pro will not make a significant changes so do not think to pay for them.”

“Upon submitting the Enhancv resume for employment, I experienced one of the worst lost opportunities in my experience of applying for jobs. The PDF implemented improper input errors. The recruiter ignored the issue of the field validations. Three weeks later, while on-boarding application processing within the next week, my application was denied do to improper input validation errors. The company was unable to delete the resume from the application account and left me without any recourse of my candidate status. This has been a nightmare. Please cancel my account and provide refund, thank you.”

“Unfortunately, my rating is unsatisfactory. From 10/01/2020 to 10/02/2020, upon accessing any Enhancv utility site , I am unable to stroll down to read the content. The stroll function is inoperative an instantaneously returns to the top of the page. Please provide resolution for this issue.”

“Basic interface and formatting. The advisor gets in the way and doesn't understand the context on the wording its analysing. Not really worth the price they are charging. Formatting gets messed up on downloads - esp paragraph spacing. Won't be renewing.”

“I have been trying to reach out to Enchancv helpdesk but no response. they have charged my card for quarter's fee despite me cancelling it within 7 -10 day window. There is no response on chat, no email or contact to discuss the matter with anyone. Was really appreciative of their services but highly disappointing after sales.”

“It was very misleading that under the free version I had several phrases highlighted in red on my resume. I upgraded and magically when the page refreshed there were on two errors left highlighted. Had this been the case before I paid for a month of service I would not have upgraded. Very misleading and I will never use the service again nor recommend it.”
