“User friendly and helpful for the most part, but rigid and frustrating on what would be very basic requirements. Example the inability to use bullets of choice, to bold certain sections, limitations if one has done multiple roles within a org over a long tenure, having to realign at times when minor changes are made - are Amongst them. Overall the experience at the end was good, but allowing flexibility in these minor areas would greatly help user experience.”

“Finally my CV looks modern and fit for today’s market. I found just having it in a new format helped me to see things more objectively and make significant improvements to the content and the presentation. One bug bare hence the 4 stars is that you cannot have a footer with page numbers etc, unless you retain the enhancv branding ...”

“It was very misleading that under the free version I had several phrases highlighted in red on my resume. I upgraded and magically when the page refreshed there were on two errors left highlighted. Had this been the case before I paid for a month of service I would not have upgraded. Very misleading and I will never use the service again nor recommend it.”

“I signed up for 3 months and I'm not sure it's worth the money if you know how to use Word or Google Doc or any publishing software. This product has a lot of room to improve in terms of giving more freedom to format the blocks and being less annoying with the same repetitive content improvements. Same goes with exporting the data. When the contract will expire, it's not going to be fun to loose a big part of the time investment to make it look nice and concise. I hope they improve it quickly. 😇”

“You provide a great tool to create CVs etc. However, the price of your service is quite high - especially for students with low income. I would recommend discounts just for students. I believe it would also be beneficial for your business since you would experience an increase in scale through a larger customer base. And I would recommend to bill weekly instead of monthly or per half-year.”

“PROS: Easy to use, beautiful layout, fun suggestions to boost a resume. CONS: Platform a bit confusing when we create copies of resumes and edit them. Could list them alphabetically. Resumes are not ATS friendly.”

“The tools are easy to use and it’s great to have a template that you can quickly edit and export. Would love to see more templates, especially simpler options — sometimes a little more pizzaz is what is needed, sometimes more of a traditional resume is preferred. I will use again and definitely recommend for anyone starting a resume from scratch, or for anyone who wants an easy to use template that eliminates any need to adjust formatting.”
