“Over a year ago my husband sign up and had help with building his resume. The resume was good. However when the subscription ended, we elected not to renew. But we still kept being charged. So we followed the directions on how to end subscription...but there was no subscription to end. So we took card info and everything off the account...we were still being charged monthly. Went back into the account, there was absolutely nothing there to stop. So we deleted the account. Guess what? I looked at my bank account. I WAS CHARGED THIS MORNING! I DON’T EVEN HAVE AN ACCOUNT! This has been going on for about a year now!! Ridiculous!!!”

“the charges are high quite honest. a recent incident I wrote in immediately less than 20 mins to request for a refund/cancellation because i will be going for my shoulder surgery and will not be in need until at a later stage. no reply has received so far”

“It's pretty, but it's not customizable enough for the rate you're charging. I'd like to be able to move around elements, change specific colors, insert links wherever I like, etc.”

“I am very happy with EnhanCV as a product, I would only add one thing in the Billing Section - the option to receive notifications via email about automatic subscription renewal. It's very useful to have such a feature since automatic renewal will happen unless specifically cancelled. Since we are all people we tend to forget, such reminders are extremely useful. “Beau CV mais il manque : - la possibilité de mettre sa date de naissance - possibilité de conversion sur word pour ajuster certaine chose - outil de traduction des CV anglais français - la possibilité d’enlever tout les emojis (date / localisation) - la possibilité de mettre la durée en chiffre (ex : 2ans ) d’expérience dans chaque expérience. Sinon c est top !”

“After trying out many other resume building websites i say it with no doubt Enchancv is among the best. I referred it to most of my friends, i would love if they add more sections(example Online courses sections) and templates. Also consider reducing the cost of plans as a student we can't afford much.”
