“The app helps someone who finds difficulty navigating Microsoft word's formatting and margin setting. However, I think it can be improved. I hope the below elements can be considered: 1. The available templates in the app are limited and not easily found. 2. The templates are not versatile enough. 2.1. Certain "sections" have their own limited options (e.g., some sections have a title, description, and date, but other sections only have a title and description). This is helpful but very inconvenient for me. I want to modify each section as I need (and activate those that I need). 2.2. Also, not each option can be edited by users. For example, I cannot make links in the title, but I can make links in the description text. 2.3. Formatting option is limited: I think certain limitations are good, but they are too rigid. I think the app should recommend but not restrict. Sometimes, I managed to get away with this by tricking the system into using another "section" because it fits my needs better. 2.4. Certain symbols are not available in certain sections. Why not make all symbols available for any section? 3. I find it acceptable to use the same symbol within one section; however, the app thinks this is not good. 4. When moving/adding sections, sometimes I managed to have it in 1 page, sometimes it bleeds into another page. Some spaces are too much, but we cannot edit. 5. Great job for adding the "delete" writing requirement to confirm file deletion. 6. I am a scientist, and often we need to add a publications list. However, there is no good "section" I can use that follow the usual citation format for scientific papers. Often, we have long author lists (et al. can be used, of course, but we also have long titles). For example: -Martins, E., & Martins, N. (2002). An organizational culture model to promote creativity and innovation. SA Journal of Industrial Psychology, 28(4), 58-65. -Ardid-Ruiz, A., Harazin, A., Barna, L., Walter, F. R., Bladé, C., Suárez, M., ... & Aragonès, G. (2020). “I had an issue with a payment I made in error. I had already made a monthly purchase and I inadvertently made a 6 month purchase right after. I immediately tried to figure out how to notify Enhancv of the error. It may have been difficult to figure out how to reach out to Enhancv about it, and it may have taken them a few days to respond, but they recognized the error and agreed to my refund.”

“Extremely easy to use tool and very effective. Recommended to me by a friend and I will be sure to recommend this on to others. Only thing I can recommend improving would be the variety of cover letters - lots of these are very Americanised and it would be good to have UK / European sentiment covered too.”
