“Can't think of a better tool for creating an amazing CV”

“Between 3 and 4. I love the overview feature in which you can easily change the order of the sections. The templates are buggy though. When you switch from one template to another, the format ting gets scrambled. Also the margin control is not flexible enough. I lost too much time trying to fit the page just because some of the items refused to get the right formatting/margins.”

“The service is not so good as some years ago. The templates are less flexible and there are some mistakes in the layout. (The font size change only in some sections and not all of the)”

“Attention, payment goes on without notification! It is not clear that the "monthly plan" is a continuous plan and it is not obvious how to cancel (I found it via the Help function). I would suggest an option to buy just 1 month access or a monthly reminder from Enhancv that the next payment is coming up, with an easy cancel access. The tool itself is userfriendly, so with a more transparent customer service, the customer experience would obtain a "honest feeling" and only then we would recommend it.”

“When I purchased the six-month service from https://enhancv.com/in Aug 2020, I thought it's a one-time purchase and did not expect Enhancv to do a recurring charge for another six-month service on my account until I got a notification from Paypal. Enhancv even did not email me the invoice directly. I contacted Enhancv customer service three times for refunding but did not get any response. Therefore, I reached out to Paypal, since the transaction was through Paypal. Paypal helped me cancel the billing agreement with the merchant on Feb 23, 2021, although my $65.94 had been sent to Enhancv before that. When I reviewed my account on the website of Enhancv on April 15, 2021, it shows that my plan was expired on Feb 24, 2021 (I think because Paypal canceled the billing agreement with Enhancv on Feb 23, 2021). That means, I paid for a service that claimed to cover a plan from Feb 20, 2021 to Aug 19, 2021, but it has been expired since Feb 24, 2021. Therefore, I would like to report Enhancv's inappropriate business practice. First, Enhancv did not actively make me as a customer aware that they will charge customers without notification after the paid period is over. Second, Enhancv charged me but made my paid service expired before it is supposed to be expired. ”

“I love the designs of templates (backgrounds, fonts etc.) One thing I don’t like that makes my cv look bad: the text justification on the right side of the text boxes. I know it must be hard to program & calibrate it to work properly, but I think it’s worth giving a try. Best, Kate”

“Very disappointed and apprehensive at the moment. I paid for the service with an understanding that an appt to speak with a writer would happen in a matter of days. I signed up on May 11th and I wasn’t able to get an appt until May 26th. Definitely not giving me the confidence my resume and cover letter will be what I need. I paid extra to be a pro member for the extra benefits but I have heard NOTHING from the company after my payment, scheduling my appt and a couple very generic emails. THIS has been the only contact I have received in days.”

“Overall, I found the Enhancv to be an amazing user experience (studying UX design right now so I'm very much in that mindset). The process of creating a CV was simplified and made more smooth because of your excellent software and features. The only criticism I would have is some of the limitations/inflexibility regarding the entries or sections, such as the 'my time' one. Otherwise, I loved the experience and would certainly recommend it to others.”

“I have never seen a CV builder as simple and effective as EnhanceCV, but i would like to see more templates being added (atleast in the Pro subscription) so that we could get more dark colored ones...”
