“Platform super fantastic. Incredible. enhanceCV career counselling services terrible. Unprofessional. Definitely not customer-centric. Delusional to call themselves experts. At best masters of using the platform and ok resume editors. No concept of having a strategy conversation before executing. They think cut and pasting your existing resume into their platform is a job well done. Then embellishing stuff. Crikey... Talk about a terrible customer experience. Not once, did I feel listened too.”

“Issues that I was having previously have been resolved. Most were resolved by using Chrome (not Safari). Also, paying for the subscription fee opens up new and useful functionality. I have been extremely happy with the app. I like the formatting options, the spelling and grammar checking, and the changes it suggests. Tool is easy to use. The best proof of success is the compliments I get from potential employers. Also, landed a new job using the new format. I would recommend this app to anyone who wants to improve their resume and chances to get a job. I gave 2 stars for customer service because their responsiveness was slow and not helpful. When they finally responded, I could tell that they did not understand the problem and gave wrong advice. I ended up resolving the issues on my own. That said, the owner eventually intervened and was very responsive issues.”

“Utilizing this service, I was able to create my best resume to date. It was a lot easier using the template builder than it would have been to use Microsoft Word or Adobe Acrobat alone. I did use Acrobat for some minor editing after downloading my near-finished template from the Enhancv site; however, their resume builder provided enough tools/options to create a good-looking resume that looks cleaner than many free templates found online.”

“The web interface did not work properly. Words were randonmly deleted or inserted, the highlights were misaligned and I didn't get a substantive response for 4 days when I said that I wanted to cancel my subscription.”

“I am very satisfied with enhancv! I've never been so happy and relaxed why writing my resume. However, the pricing for eastern europe is little bit high. Often discounts for specific countries would be great!”

“Wish there were more templates, I come back after 2 years and the interface is still kinda buggy and not many new features. I also wish there was a short-term or spot edit payment versus adding a new subscription. Why? Because I have a job, but I want to apply for 1 job that is of interest. I needed to do a quick resume update and cover page and to do that I needed to active subscription then cancel it. I will move away from Enhancv.”
