They will 'RUIN YOUR TRAVEL' and not provide a car at all if your flight is delayed after the car rental company has closed at 2300hrs (Record Go Alicante Spain).
despite ringing them as soon as we knew from UK airport, we were told could not collect car until 8am (wrong info by employee as desk opened 7am) after landing 0120,
honestly with 2 under 5 grandchildren in tow do you think this is acceptable. after waiting until actually 7am and first in queue we were told could not have car as we were put down as 'NO SHOW'
Don't waste your money with these fraudulent morons.
There are thousands of reputable companies that will provide your holiday extras or travel extras

“Terrible service. They located in UK. We are 11 hours ahead of them. No urgent contact over the weekend. We couldn't pickup our car due to name mismatch. They failed to response to us 2 days after the initial pickup date. No apology, no credit, no service, no refund. This is one of those typical companies. If nothing happen, they are ok. If anything happens, they run faster than anyone. Don't use their service.”

Be very careful hiring a vehicle from @EnjoyTravelUK, they take a deposit without knowing if the vehicle you have reserved is actually available.
We only found out there was no vehicle when we arrived at Enterprise Corby to collect it,
A phone call to their customer helpline was a waste of time just not interested and offered no help sourcing a vehicle for our holiday.
Now no one from @EnjoyTravelUK will talk to us or answer emails about a refund.

“I have emailed both hello@enjoytravel.com and claims@enjoycarhire.com several times and get no reply what so ever. This policy was to cover excess car insurance. I wasted my money taking out this policy. DO NOT RELY ON THIS COMPANY ANSWERING YOUR EMAILS OR PAYING THE EXCESS INSURANCE.”
“I recently booked a rental car through Enjoytravel.com for Frankfurt airport (ENJ-16958418).
When we got there, we had to wait atleast 30 minutes just to talk with the employee. When it was finally our turn, we were told there we're no more cars available, even though we had reserved a while before. Wheego (the rental company) blamed enjoytravel and told us to call them but they were closed since it was Sunday so we ended up having to rent another car from another company which ended up costing 2x more.
This made us late by 2 hours to our destination and also put a lot of stress on us, it's something that should never happened.
I contacted wheego and enjoytravel.com, it had been 1 week so far and nothing has been solved so far.”
“Do not under any circumstances hire a car through this company. They will take your deposit and fail to provide you with a vehicle and then refuse to give you your money back using the no refunds on cancellation clause. It doesnt matter that you didnt cancel. You will be left stranded and out of pocket”
“We rented a car in Turkey through Enjoy Travel only to find out they had canceled the arrangement without any notification. This left us high and dry in a foreign country. According to Enjoy Travel, when I sent an email confirming my flight time had not changed and to seek directions on how to pick up the car, they took this as a change and proceeded to cancel things. They said they sent an email but I have no such email. Interestingly, they kept my initial deposit even after canceling and would not refund. I've had to get my credit card provider to refund. It's an absolute disgrace the way they operate and an all too familiar story when you look on the web there are 100s of others who have had the same issue. They take your deposit and cancel if you send an email of any sort.”
“DO NOT USE! Nobody met me at the airport and I was left at the airport at 1am and had to get a taxi. Now Enjoy are refusing to refund me either the car hire or the taxi.”

They did send me an invoice and a reservation number with “Thrifty Car rental”.
The invoice was CA $ 792,83 everything included.
When I wanted to pick-up the car, I was asked for another US $ 1 690.-
I had to cancelled the reservation and went without a car.
I asked enjoytravel.com to refund my CA $ 798.83. They never even answered me properly. They never gave me a penny back.

“Apart from waisting my time and ruining my holiday plans i got no refund and they are refusing giving me a refund, eventhough the problem was wrong information on their website that only 1 year of driving license needed clearly stated. They are trying to find excuses every time i challenge them and prove them wrong but anyway will escalate this not for the money but the principle.”
“Some Costs Are More
From my experience, Enjoy travel sold me a car hire from Drivalia rental at Birmingham Airport, that was unobtainable at the price quoted. Basically the bill at least doubled with extra insurance, or you'd be required to leave a huge deposit that no reputable firm would require. I would advise using well known companies that quote the prices up front and have respect for their customers. In the hire office I witnessed a procession of disgruntled customers receiving appalling service at Drivalia. Having witnessed their attitude to customers, some of whom were guests to this country, there was no way I would allow them access to my credit card details. I had already been sold excess insurance by Enjoy travel, which turned out to be worthless at a company they represented. So I walked away 240 quid out of pocket, future customers should do the same. The old adage, if it looks too good to be true, it probably isn't, comes to mind.

“Terrible and sneaky
In April, I enquired online about a car rental in Munich for next July. The car would have been from Enterprise
Enjoy said that they could not send the voucher due to 'technical problems'. When I did get it, I noticed that instead of unlimited mileage, they only allowed 100km/day. I queried this immediately and told them that if they could not match other identical offers with unlimited, or, at least 3x, the mileage, I did not want to proceed with the booking
They then cancelled my 'booking'. The next day, the debited my account €41 and refuse to give it back
Then then sent an email that states ‘booking not yet confirmed. Please wait for your voucher’. I never received a voucher
I contacted Enterprise who told me that they never received a booking on my behalf for Enjoy and received no money
In addition, this all happened within 72 hours which should fall within the 'cooling-off' period for online purchases
Their attitude has been 'Tough!'
Please do not support businesses that operate in this manner. If one reads many of the reviews on various sites, this company is not consumer-friendly, to say the least”
“I rented a car through this company then realized our flight arrived in later than the hire car place was open. I cancelled within 24hours.
It has now been 5weeks since the cancelation....I'm STILL waiting for the refund. I was told Yesterday that my refund has been processed and I should receive it in 2 - 5 days.

“EnjoyTravel was fine initially. I was able to book through them without any issues and got the car I needed. The issue came shortly after my trip came back and I found out that they decided to charge me the exact price that I had already paid at the car rental place. I have spent almost two months attempting to get my money back. Their customer service is terrible and has not responded to a single email. Every time I am able to communicate with somebody via the website, they offer a simple apology and state that they are still working on it. I started the process 1.5 months ago and am still waiting for any sort of resolution.”
“BEWARE. Do not use this company. A $477 deposit was required paid directly to Enjoy on a $1500 booking. They use this policy to attract customers on cheap deals. The plane was delayed by 30 minutes and the car was cancelled. Enjoy have refused to refund any of the deposit so in essence have kept a third of the overall hire cost. We are taking legal proceedings against them, but initial investigations show this is their standard operating procedure. As a side not, their customer care service is just as poor. Take your money and hide behind a computer.”
