Although it was somewhat busy, He still took time and made us feel like our business was just as important. The vehicles were very nice and clean. Shelby did a outstanding job with explaining everything with the return and charges. We are completely satisfied with our experience and will definitely become returning customers because of our great customer service experience.”

“Car broke down. Had to pay someone to drive us to 3 locations before we could get another car. The 1st 2 employees rude one laughed (Cody Crawford) had to go over 30 miles away before someone treated us as customers and put us in a car. Almost 7 hours gone as our 3 grandkids waited to go to the Waterpark. 200.00 for someone to drive us all over. Enterprise offered us a 10% discount for the inconvenience. NEVER use this company that says " we will pick you up" ha that's a lie they left us stranded.”
“Rented a van in Terre Haute on US 41 South in May for our Florida trip. It was filthy and had gravel in the floorboard throughout. Had to take it back before we left to have it re-cleaned and they did a half ass job. Their excuse was that it came from soldiers at Camp Atterbury. NO EXCUSE. Then my son rented a van in Mattoon, IL and when he drove an hour and a half to pick it up they told him the tire had a nail in it and he had no rental. Said they would call with on when they found another and NEVER called. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE TO SAY THE LEAST. I WILL RENT FROM ANYWHERE BUT ENTERPRISE.”
“AGAIN, as expected, Danielle (from the Sebring, Florida Enterprise store) went āABOVE & BEYONDā to make my car rental experience a fabulous success ! I was given a gorgeous SUV in Avon Park, FL while my car was in the body shop, I felt it was a little bigger than what I felt comfortable driving but the Avon Park Enterprise store had nothing smaller ⦠I had a Dr appointment in Sebring that I was a bit early for, so I stopped by the Sebring store just in case Danielle might have something smaller ! Not only did she find a small car that was recently returned, she and her associate snapped to it in record time w/ Danielle in the wash bay helping to wash & detail it out for me while her associate handled the paperwork ! They had me on my way w/in a half hour and I made it to my Dr appointment not only on time but a few minutes early !! Gotta love that SEBRING FLORIDA ENTERPRISE TEAM ! THEY ARE THE VERY BEST !! ā¤ļø”

“I rented a car because someone had crashed into me, so my car was out for repair at Caliber Collision in Hollywood. When my car was repaired and I went to Caliber to pick it up, I brought someone with me, so we could then drive the rental back to Enterprise on Hillhurst. Someone at Caliber told me just to leave the car there and they would get it back to Enterprise. I trusted he was correct and that Enterprise could trust Caliber, its agent. I knew I had minor damage to the front lip of the car, which I had documented with photos and a report at my office where I'd done this little damage, costing about $100. I also had a witness of the condition of the car when I brought it to Caliber.
After I returned the car I got a notification from Enterprise that the rental had over $900 in damage!!! Obviously, this happened on Caliber's watch, but Enterprise wouldn't stand up for their agent, instead billing me for $900 and threatening to send the account to collections if I did not pay. I offered to pay for the damage I caused, in the full amount shown on their invoice (a little over $100) but they wouldn't accept that. They want to charge me $900. I don't know who is the bad guy-- Enterprise or Caliber. But it's not me. BE SURE TO TAKE PHOTOS OF THE CONDITION OF ANY CAR YOU LEAVE AT CALIBER BECAUSE ENTERPRISE WILL CHARGE YOU FOR DAMAGE THAT CALIBER WAS RESPONSIBLE FOR.”

“The Hoover enterprise Rent-A-Car is second to none. Over the past few years, I have asked them to jump through hoops at the last second, make changes to assist my 85 year old mother, and accommodate me when other rental car companies would not and time and time again they come through. Because rental cars depends on the inventory and that is so unpredictable. Most rental car companies can never get a handle by the Hoover location of enterprise. Rent-A-Car is an angel part of my business and family operation.”

“I have rented a car by GEICO and after I returned the car they charge my credit card in $352. The manager is very dishonest because she told me a thing and she put in contract other thing. I don't recommend Enterprise anyone. I'm very frustrated about the company.”
“Very professional and great experience with the Danville, KY. (Rick and Wesley) in KY. and Huntington Beach (Shaun in CA) locations. The first car(Ford Expedition) had a check engine light come on. Shaun switched me to a Suburban and we made our trip back to KY. Rick in KY, made the final inspection. He was very pleased with the car, we returned in from CA.
They apologized for the Ford, check engine light coming on. They really helped me out when I needed their services. I will rent from them again if needed. The cost was around 1200.00 for our 11 day trip. I had about $400.00 returned on my credit card. I had their car from April 11th and returned it April 21st 2023.
Enterprise made our travel plans easier.”

No one ever answers. The manager ignores you and never returns call, that is if you can ever reach anyone. They always claim they are busy. Well I was a paying customer and they donāt care. Terrible management.”

“renting the truck and delivering it back wasn't a problem. it was fine, but make sure if you need road side service DO NOT USE ENTERPISE'S ROAD SIDE SERVICE. anyone the insurance that you would pay for through enterprise does not cover any roadside service. so if you need use roadside service use your personal roadside service that was they don't charge you an insane amount. i rented a truck and on the way back to drop it back off i had a flat tire. and when all said and done they charged me $1068 for a tire change doubled the amount of what renting the truck cost.”
