Didn’t say anything about a $500 deposit online or on the phone. Waited till I got there. Walked away from that mess. The price shown online needs to be the total price of everything!!

I had a scheduled car pick up and when i got there they had no cars and tried to put me in a big truck that took desiel gas. I told them i wasn't comfortable driving such a big car and they said I could drive around and check enterprise i felt disregarded and laughed at when i said i didnt feel safe driving this truck. The workers acted as if i worked for them whats the use of scheduling a pick up if you dont get what you asked for. And now i have to wait at least an hour to get another car

I am a wildland firefighter. My agency rented a vehicle in July for a wildfire assignment I was deployed for in Arizona. As I was driving back to Phoenix Airport to return the vehicle, a stone kicked up by another vehicle hit my windshield and caused a crack. I immediately reported the crack to the Enterprise staff at the airport. I was sent a bill for the damage via an email from Enterprise. I used the link provided in the email to pay the bill on September 11. However, in early October, I began receiving calls and emails from Enterprise saying that I have not paid the bill. I submitted copies of the receipt via email and provided the information from the receipt to the individuals calling. However, the calls and emails continued. I became angry and told the individuals that the bill had been paid and resubmitted the receipt multiple times. The calls and emails still continued and I was told I'd be placed on the "do not rent" list and the account would be turned over to a collection agency, even thought I paid the bill and submitted the receipt numerous times. Finally I became extremely angry and demanded to speak to a supervisor. I yet again submitted the receipt but was told the payment "wasn't in the system" and that I'd have to "find out what happened" even though I have submitted proof of payment numerous times. I had to make multiple phone calls to multiple departments, only to be told the payment had been sent to the wrong account and I'd have to call accounting to find the payment. I've been given the run-around every time. Finally, I made yet another phone call, was giving a reference number and submitted the reference number to the claims department. I'm still waiting for this issue to be resolved. This was clearly a mistake by someone at Enterprise. Why am I the one having to make all these phone calls when it's Enterprise's mistake? Why is it MY responsibility to find out what happened to the payment? I submitted the receipt numerous times, proving the payment was made, yet I still received harassing phone calls and emails. This is completely unacceptable and if it were up to me, no one who is a part of my agency would ever rent a vehicle from Enterprise ever again. It's not the customers job to track down and fix YOUR mistakes.

I picked up a rental car from enterprise on 10/25/2024. Since the 10/25 I have had three car. Enterprise is rental broken down cars to the pubic and expect to get top dollar to rent these no good cars and suv. I wish that it was another car rental available in the besides the Airport to give enterprise some competition I bet they will get their act together than. I went out this morning to start the suv and it would not start. I called enterprise and they told me I had to call road side assistance. I called road side assistance and they tried to get me to do a test on the suv I am a school teacher I don’t work cars or suv I teach children. Then the man at road side assistance told me that he was going to send someone to jump start the car and I have to pay $55 I told him I’m not paying nothing this is not my car this Stu belong to enterprise not me. Then he said I will send a toll truck I said okay . The toll truck man called me because this man at the road side assistance gave him the wrong address I had to give him the correct addresss so that means he sent the Lyft is going to the wrong address too. I pray I don’t have to ever use enterprise again. If I do I will go to the airport to rent a car not in the local ones that are around town.

Absolute and complete lack of responsiveness to the customer. I had a problem, at one of the outlets, on September 4th. Although I have attempted to contact and follow up with them many times it is now October 8th and no one will speak to me about the incident. What a bunch of cowards. I will not rent from them again.

Went to pick up my scheduled pickup truck. Got to the location to be told would not take visa debit card. I could get any car on the lot except the pickup truck with the visa debit. had to have a credit card for the pickup truck. The Enterprise website plainly says visa debit accepted. Came home got a credit card went back and the account is in my and my moms name so they will not take it. Called customer service rep was extremely rude and refused to let me talk to her supervisor. I can guarantee I will never use Enterprise again. People beware!! Lots of other companies out there that will take my money.

Enterprise lost and found is a joke. Long term government rental contract and cant and even have trust in enterprise returning items left behind because of employees they have. If you need and want it make sure check whole car before leaving it. I left 2 pair shoes in trunk, did a on line lost and found report havnt received email nor a call. 1 pair shoes brand new nvr worn other pair worn couple of times. So I return to the location and was told they havnt seen in which I know from me parking car and them moving it, some one got them because they was left in the trunk. This isn't the 1st time of this issue I know, issue needs to be fixed.

Enterprise on 920 S harbor city Blvd. Melbourne , Fl They called me at 8 am Andi called them back at 9 am multiple times to confirm as my car was scheduled to be at Gerber Collision at 9:30am Gerber collision Jennifer called them 2 times and they are we are on our way . After waiting here over an hour I finally called and Valerie was like we don’t have the car available we are trying to scramble something for you. We called and you didn’t call back neither did Gerber called to confirm Where all this was a lie . Myself and Gerber collision called multiple times . I am still here and no vehicle yet.

My wife just let to go visit my parents for a few days - she had a reservation at Enterprise until they called us an hour ago to say that they had no cars here in Dearborn - we drove to the airport, only for Enterprise to tell us that it would be $200 MORE to rent a car from a different location - when they were the ones who cancelled the reservation. They clearly don’t need the business, so don’t use Enterprise! Now we missed church and my wife is driving her car after all, an hour later.

We were in Durango (not airport) and suppose to get a rent a car at 10:30am that we reserved. Durango Enterprise called late and said no car for 10:30. We are 55 years old and on side of road with no ride because we had to be out of hotel. I am a type 1 diabetic with luggage to carry. We missed our whole vacation in Creede Co. Durango Enterprise kept saying they would call and didn't on time. 3 hours later they called and I told us he would get us. We already had plane to go home We said we could try and cancel. He said, we had to keep car till Monday if we got it. I said out plans chanced because of yallZ So we flew home and missed our vacation. He didn't went to help us. We are teachers and we are so sad .

Just wanted to say that the rental car that I was given, someone previously before me was transporting gasoline and may have spilled it, somewhere in the car. The smell of gas fumes were overbearing on my ride out of town 3hrs with children in the back. Terrified my whole ride hoping and praying myself or children didn't pass out while driving. I normally don’t have any problems but this time Enterprise failed big time and I had a very unpleasant experience. I tried calling to swap vehicles but that failed too. I never received a call back for me to swap vehicles. I was told that I would have to resolve this at the counter in my state that I rented from.

I reserved a car from enterprise two days before I needed. I was told to pick the car up at the I55 North location in Jackson MS. I had to pay $15 to Uber to that location at noon. I arrived and the Manager Brian Winn that he did not have a car on the lot for me. I asked if he could secure me another rental. I sat there for over an hour waiting. Finally he nonchalantly told me he couldn’t find a rental. I asked if there was anyone who could take me home 10 minutes away since I took an Uber there. I was told no he couldn’t do that. In the meantime my daughter who was with me made a reservation with another company to be picked up at the airport 20 minutes. Since I had no way to get to the airport I asked if someone could take us to the airport. Again no and proceeded to continued on his cell phone basically dismissing me. I had to pay another$30 to Uber to the airport. In short I am a very dissatisfied customer. The sign in the office states customer satisfaction is your goal. Well this former customer is very dissatisfied. I will never ever do business with Enterprise again and I will everyone I know to do the same. My review is -0.

I live in GA. I recently was displaced r/t hurricane Helene, I had to evacuate with my wife and ten month old to my parents house in Atlanta. I tried to get a one way rental so that I could get back to my house and job, as a hospice nurse. Out of 20 plus enterprise facilities not one place could offer me a rental and I think it's complete bullcrap. always have issues with this place. needs to close down or get ppl who care about customers. I told them I would get any car and keep the car as long as I had to. I just need to get home.

On top of being involved ed in an accident that wasn't my fault my husband and I have been having to contend with your local office in frederick md, continuing to try and charge our credit cards even after car was turned in... it is now Oct 5th and car was turned in on Sept 13th and Javon, office manager said repeatedly that our claim was closed. He said corporate keeps opening claim to charge us... FOR WHAT??? The frederick office tells us it's taken care of and then we see an attempt on our card if it's locked, or if I've had to unlock it to take care of other expenses you take funds THAT DO NOT BELONG TO YOU!!! I believe WE WILL be using other rental options in the future so we aren't robbed. Enterprise IS NOT the only rental company and your handling of this and our rental on vacation has driven a loyal customer away!!!

Called to rent car on Saturday in Sumter SC and was able to secure a reservation. I subsequently received a call from the location only to be told that they did not have any cars and were fully booked since the precious Thursday. Your agents should be able to determine if a location has availability before securing a reservation. The agent automatically assumed that I wanted full size car instead of asking what I was looking for. Also, I tried to rent a car three weeks prior to this time only to be told that they did not have cars and if they did they were not doing one way rentals. I will only rent from you if I have no other choice.

Rented a car for recent trip to Boston. Flight was delayed and since that caused me to miss my pick up time was told they gave my car away and have no others, despite being told when booking that if I was delayed they would still honor my reservation. This left me having to Uber for the duration of my trip. Customer service was horrible.

I rented a car, then they called and said they have no cars. How is it that a rental car company has no cars. Then I spoke with the manager at blue springs missouri enterprise about my refund they said took place and it hasn't amd its been over 2 wks. Very unprofessional. They gave me a dirty car as well, I cleaned it before returning it. Your welcome. I do not recommend this place at all.

One of the worst experiences I have had. I dropped my car off at the collision center to be fixed. Enterprise was very late to bring me the car ( the reservation had been placed 2 weeks prior), representative came inside and had the iPad and told me that I had a 100.00 down payment ( I told him that my rental was covered under my insurance and that I did not have a down payment. He said well then do you have $50 I said again my rental is covered by my insurance he said well we will re-examine that when you get paid, then he said just initial on the iPad all these places he said I check the car over before I came there’s no scratches or dents. Didn’t even give me a chance to check the car myself. He said you have enough gas in the car and gave me the keys and left with whoever followed him. I got in the car drove out of the driveway from the collision center low fuel light came on. I had no money on me. I ran out of gas. My husband who is a disabled veteran had to come and bring me gas. This is the worst experience I have had with Enterprise!

I was charged an additional day of Rental that I did not have possession of the car. No one was available to check in my vehicle on the day of return so I left it. Because of that, I have no paperwork proving that I returned the vehicle on time. No one from Enterprise bother to call me that I was being charged an additional day. I had to find out on my own in the following months credit card bill. This charge was not authorized by me and was not the reason I provided my credit card information. My credit card information was provided so that if I did not hold up my end of the agreement meaning, I did not properly fuel up the vehicle or I damage the vehicle, my credit card would be used to rectify those problems. Many attempts were made by me to correct the overcharge with customer service. A reference number was provided to me with a promise of a follow up the following week. No follow-up call ever was made back to me so I called Customer Service back. When I did, I provided them with the reference number. The rep told me that she had no information all regarding that reference number! UGG! I WILL NEVER, NEVER DEAL WITH ENTERPRISE EVER AGAIN!!! In addition, I will tell everyone of the THIEVES that Enterprise is and how they miss used my credit card.

Corydon Indiana branch, one star for customer service. One star for car cleanliness. dealt with this Enterprise for years, never had a problem. Called to make the reservation. If they don't have the car they've always got one for me. Corydon branch on the other hand refused my business. Said that they had too much going on to get me a car. A pitiful way to do business to a faithful customer. One star.
