made a reservation to pick up a 7 passenager van on Dec. 24 for my family outing on the 25th Dec. On my way to pick up the van at Enterprise location at Industrial Road, Richmond Hill around 2:30 pm before the shop closing at 3 pm. The service guy at this location picked up my call and told me that they really don't have a 7 passenger van for me even though I have a confirmation no. and email to confirm the pick up. I told them that they took $231 as deposit and now they don't have the van? But this guy said they don't take deposit. Since this is Christmas Eve, I did not want to argue and there is no point to argue. I hang up and frustrated. After the Christmas Eve, the next day Christmas Day, I finally found a minute to call them ( the 1-855 no). Now they told me that I should have called them right away and may be they can arrange another car for me on the spot. They are charging me the $231 as no show. I cannot believe they don't feel sorry for did not deliver their product and feel have right to charge me. This is totally terrible. Ted Chan

I had reserved a car too go on vacation for 8 to ten days. I did this on line like 2 months in advance . So I go to pickup the rental and they are trying too give me 4 wheel drive vehicle. And they can't figure out why I was upset . NO COMMUNICATION BEFORE HAND VERY UN PROFESSIONAL

Rented a vehicle when my truck was stolen OK then wanted to rent a car 3 weeks later to visit family on Christmas and was denied because I didn't have utility bill that I pay online. The manager is stupid. Never use Enterprise rental!@

Anselm Nyanbuka in Arlington,TX is incredible. I called all over town to get a car in my price range. He was super friendly, professional and got the job done quickly.

I made a reservation back in March for a 7 passenger van for my family to travel to Florida for Thanksgiving. The reservation was confirmed that Tuesday. My family drove an hour to get to the car rental place. On their arrival, they were told that they didn't have a van available and that they were waiting on a van to be returned and that it would take up to 2 hours. My family waited and waited for a vehicle. It was coming up on 3 hrs. My brother kept asking how much longer it would be. Their reply was that they couldn't control who didn't return a vehicle back on time. Finally, my family decided on trying to find some type of transportation elsewhere, but there was no luck. My family finally gave up and had to return home . Everyone was very disappointed and highly upset. This location didn't try to accommodate them at all. I feel like my family should have been compensated some type of way since Enterprise didn't honor their commitment. I have reached out to customer service and they made promises to reach back out to my family but they have yet to receive calls to resolve this disaster.

I rented a vehicle from Enterprise through GEICO it was awesome they dropped vehicle of at body shop for me and that's where they picked it up they where concerned for me the whole time I had vehicle the vehicle I had was almost new top notch service they deserve 5 stars always mike

Booked a car and showed up to pick it up. No cars available. Zero communication and staff could care less. DON'T BOOK with ENTERPRISE.

Abysmal! Unacceptable! Waited for over one (1) hour for a rental that I had reserved in advance! Why reserve ahead of time if y’all are still gonna have the car whenever the BLEEP you want!?

I made a reservation but when I got to the location they said that they don’t have the car because that reservation was made in a other location. When I got to the other location they said the same thing! They just lied to me and wanted my time!!

Reserved a 7 passenger suv for vacation to accommodate the family. Had confirmation #. Went to pick up vehicle - said reservation didn’t exist. Also was zero help and said we should have known to call and double check. Also said the confirmation # wasn’t theirs. How was I supposed to know that. I had an email confirmation!!! If I could give a negative number I would. Greeneville TN location. We weren’t the only customers in line with this problem. Zero customer service!

We had family coming into town so we reserved a vehicle almost that would accommodate all of us about a month in advanced, the night before they called to tell us that the rental would be delayed an hour, which was fine I showed up to enterprise at 140 pm the time they had told me, waited in line to find out now the vehicle would now be available at another location at 5PM FOR MORE MONEY! Because we had all our family in town counting on this vehicle we would go ahead and do it even though I felt like I was being fleeced, before heading over to the new location I called them to make sure the vehicle would be ready and they told me they had no such vehicle, I explained what had transpired but they insisted they didn’t have that vehicle and did not expect to receive that vehicle, I tried to call the first location to ask what was going on, but they must have had caller ID I tried several times with no one ever answered my call. Have you ever watch Sienfield car rental episode? That was my experience. Thank you Enterprise.

Liars, reserved a vehicle 1 and a half months ago and did not have any cars available. Garden city Georgia, Bailey was the agent, minus 5 stars!!!

prompt service, excellent customer service. Rental car spotless and was immediately available. No wait time, and 2 days later followed up on how the rental was driving. 5 stars, Enterprise montauk highway, great office.

I rented a car from enterprise in Quincy. It was snowing and driving under 15 and came down the steep hill to turn on right on Newport Ave. The brake would not work. The car sped down the hill and into Newport avenue and I was forced to cross 4 lanes. I taught for sure I’ll hit the guard rail on the far left that block the train tracks. Somehow I turned the wheel left without hitting anyone. Then the brake engaged. I went back to enterprise. Told them what happened. One of the guys immediately checked and said the wheels are completely stripped!!!! Another guy insist this is normal given the weather!!! He needs to go through trading again. I told them I felt unsafe and changed vehicle. My child was in the back. Was so scary. It does not take 5 mins to check the tires and review when the brake pad was serviced. This company needs a full review of its practice!

I called and rented a car for today - same day rental. When I got to the location they said “sorry, we don’t have any cars”. Clearly their corporate staff has no idea what the local agencies are doing. This created a major issue for me.

I turned in a vehicle at the end of Oct without damages. Then get a 1100 dollar bill for rim damages and oil filter changes ect. Needless to say cant trust them.

These guys turned a giant pain in the butt into the easiest smoothest process and they couldn’t have been nicer to deal with thanks so much to the Cortland location for set me up with a car and explaining everything to the people that called that were more than pleasant and the Rome location it made it easy for a drop off in a dropbox

The worst customer service experience I've ever had. I reserved a truck and 10 minutes before I arrived to pick it up they told me they gave it to another customer. They advised me to go to a different location and all terms of service would be exactly the same. Same rates and same vehicle. That was not the case. So after attempting to rent a vehicle from them for over 4 hours my reservation was somehow canceled and I had to make arrangements for the following day with another company. Thanks for wasting my time and money. I will never recommend or rent from them EVER!

Zero customer service. I rented a elite suv. I had many issues. They did nothing. I purchased roadside assistance. They were no help on tire problems. I will never tent from enterprise again.
