“I picked up a car in Colorado at the FBO. The car only had 3/4 of a tank. They told me to just fill it up to 3/4. However, I was not going to leave the car running while I filled up the tank. THAT IS VERY DANGEROUS!! When I returned the car to the FBO, the manager stated that they will give me a credit for the extra gas that I put in the tank. However, that didn't happen and no one answers the phone at the branch that rented me the car. I still haven't been contacted by anyone at Enterprise. It's very disappointing that they would not give a customer a car with a full tank of gas. Can you please rectify?”
“If icould leave negative stars I would. Rented a truck online ,called day before no trucks available. Needed a truck. Customer service on phone is a joke. Hung up on 6 times could never get same person. Greenfield Mass. Well no words for him I cannot believe he is a manager. Finally no motorcycle had to rent a car. Has a guard hanging down underneath and scraping. Just does the speed limit. This is the first time we have rented from them. Never again

“I rented at from Enterprise on South Academy on Colorado Springs, CO. Customer service was excellent from receiving the car rental from Griffin and turning it back in wuth Taylor. They both were very respectful, expedient and insured I was delighted each time I came in. The car itself was clean, filled up and I was on my way within 10 minutes, picking up and turning in. I've used Enterprise from three locations in Colorado Springs and two locations out of Alexandria, VA. Each time was very easy and never had complaints with any of the customer services. My time is valuable and the representatives of Enterprise Car Rental knows to value each customer's time with respectful service. They also have reward points that I need to start investing in. “I rented a van at bishop International Airport in Grenada. When we got there, they only gave me a suv with a 3rd row which barely fit al our luggage's. The car's AC barely worked. The windows rolled down but didn't roll back up for a while. We were not comfortable in the car at all considering there were 6 adults. Probably will not be renting from you guys again.”
“Tried calling the local Angola, IN location all day yesterday. Each time it went directly to a hold line. I put my phone on speaker and would hold the 15 minutes it allowed before disconnecting. I was probably on hold for over 3 hours total all day. My car is going in the shop and I needed to set up a car pickup with an insurance claim that had already been filed. It was imperative to talk to a live person. Tried Enterprise customer service and that was a joke. I've always used Enterprise but I'm not sure that will be the case in the future. It shouldn't be this hard to do business with a company.”
“My experience with Enterprise car rental was awful. I have used many car rentals and the customer service was by far and the worse I have experienced.
I picked up a hire car from Enterprise car rentals depot at Stansted airport. When I opened the compartment between driver and front passenger seat it was full of rubbish - an entry fruit juice carton, an empty coffee throw-away cup, scraps of paper and general rubbish. It was disgusting.
The car tank was only a quarter full so I had to fill up the tank which was not convenient.
The length of time I needed the hire car changed so when I rang Enterprise office to communicate this, no one answered the phone. I left messages to be called back but no one called me back.
When I returned the car with a full tank of petrol they refused to reimburse me the ÂŁ37 petrol I had put in the tank.
I would never recommend this company for car rentals, their customer service is terrible.”
“I work for an insurance agency and we represent several carriers that use enterprise. It is my lifeâs mission to let every single marketing rep I work with know how horrible this rental company is. I was involved in a hit and run, and as per usual, my insurance carrier uses enterprise. Left my car at the repair center after my insurance carrier scheduled a pick up at enterprise for me. This rental company left me stranded with no vehicle all bc of a scratched barcode on a drivers license. Would not make any exceptions. I get procedures but they need to let people know ahead of time that the scan the barcode on your license to confirm itâs validity. My husband is a plumber and his license has been through it all. Their solution? Go to dmv to get a new one. WITH WHAT CAR?? And to get a new license, our local dmv requires an appt and they are booked months out. We went next door to HERTZ and they worked with us and got us handled. I would never recommend this place and I think the reviews from all over the United States should be enough to deter anyone from ever using them. Put them out of business!!!!!”

I called corporatold them. The car was empty. The car was filthy. I cleaned the seats with the Palm street cleaner. They told me they would reimburse me. When I called up there, they told me they wasn't given me anything until my insurance company paid them. Which has absolutely nothing to do with me.
Email me and then not respond. I would not rent a car from them. I disputed the charges. They're not gonna get my money. It's not my job to collect. Insurance money for them”
“We only rent from Enterprise. This last trip, we rented from Bozeman Intl Airport. Honestly, there is nothing worst than trying to look through the windshield. Every chance we got, we were cleaning the windshield. I mean, getting out of the car and not merely using wipers. The acreage of land means lots of bugs. Could we please have a scruffy like tool in the car? We overlooked the fact that the car was dirty but you guys were getting slammed. Dirty windshields are almost as bad as dirty glasses. Do us a favor please! The staff as usual we're great. Thanks.”
“I had a terrible customer experience at the Preston Highway location in Louisville, Kentucky. I reserved a Dodge Charger, but no one contacted me beforehand to inform me that the car wasnât available. When I arrived, I was told the car wasnât there and was offered a Toyota Camry instead. It felt like they expected me to be desperate and accept whatever was available. When I reached out to customer service, I was told they were simply too busy to notify customers about changes which is b.s. because thats not been the case at other locations. Extremely disappointing. Do better!”
“I made reservations for a car when I made it to the office I was told that they see my reservation but sorry we don't have a vehicle available the one we had for you is at the shop getting an oil change..I go back an hr later I was told to wait until the next day. Come the next day I was told it will have to be Monday so I advise if you can rent from somewhere else go with that cause enterprise will disappoint you”
