“Ok, future costumer’s of Enterprise. Here is my review of what I just when through. Needed to rent a car do to a hit and run accident. So out of nowhere my car is headed to the repair shop and the estimated time of completion on the repairs was 30 days. It’s a little more than a week before Christmas, which included a family trip to Park city, and Midway. The rental needed to be safe with all wheel drive and room for two car seats for the kiddos. On top of that my insurance was not going to pay for the rental. Having rented a car from enterprise before I called and talked with Matt W, giving him the information of the situation. Matt W (if you read this man, Thank you so much for your effort. You made my family’s holidays work out like the accident never happened) met with me at the repair shop with rental ready to go. The next day the check engine light came on. So I reached out to Matt W at the down town location to let him know. Matt W knowing about the family trip coming up. Had me stop by the down town location. He took care of us by putting us into a different rental. He had us in and out in less then 5 mins. A week goes by. Then the day before we leave for park city the brakes start to grind and squeak in the second rental car. Again I call the down town office where Matt W works. We both were like Parleys Canyon is no place for bad brakes. With in 30 mins of the phone call with Matt W. He had us into a different rental. Then in the end when I had questions about the bill. Matt W took the time to go over it with me. Again Matt W. Thank you”

Juwan & Shelby were very professional. Their knowledge and expertise were quite profound the way Juwan was able to navigate the system to ensure that we received exactly what we needed. Although it was somewhat busy, He still took time and made us feel like our business was just as important. The vehicles were very nice and clean. Shelby did a outstanding job with explaining everything with the return and charges. “AGAIN, as expected, Danielle (from the Sebring, Florida Enterprise store) went “ABOVE & BEYOND” to make my car rental experience a fabulous success ! I was given a gorgeous SUV in Avon Park, FL while my car was in the body shop, I felt it was a little bigger than what I felt comfortable driving but the Avon Park Enterprise store had nothing smaller … I had a Dr appointment in Sebring that I was a bit early for, so I stopped by the Sebring store just in case Danielle might have something smaller ! Not only did she find a small car that was recently returned, she and her associate snapped to it in record time w/ Danielle in the wash bay helping to wash & detail it out for me while her associate handled the paperwork ! They had me on my way w/in a half hour and I made it to my Dr appointment not only on time but a few minutes early !! Gotta love that SEBRING FLORIDA ENTERPRISE TEAM ! THEY ARE THE VERY BEST !! ❤️”
