“My first experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car was at Sky Harbor (PHX) and it couldn't have been better. Renting a vehicle at Sky Harbor has been an unnecessary sh*tshow since the pandemic. The big two (Hertz-Thrifty-Dollar and Avis-Budget-Payless) consistently provide deplorable customer service. My renting experience with Enterprise was exceptional. Quick (10 mins.), clear (no pushy upsales) and correct (no creeping fees). Above all, the customer service experience was actually pleasant rather than frustrating, which is now the norm at Sky Harbor.”

Lepreece Lynch was the manager on duty and I was supposed to get picked up just before the store closed to pick my car up, the store had some internal trouble and I could not be picked up before the store closed and I needed the car tor travel out of town to a funeral, I spoke to Lepreece Lynch and he assessed the issue and gave me options, he made sure I got my car that night even after the store was closed, I was so impressed about the loving care I received, they make you feel like family, I was able to travel on time and this is why I will ALWAYS rent my cars with my family Enterprise Peterscreek parkway NC they will take great care of you!!
