I signed up for personal training. I had two sessions, and that’s it. I have paid for seven! I text my trainer every day to try and get me to use my sessions and was always told that he would call me back with the schedule and never did. So they keep charging me and not giving me any service. I have talked to so many managers at so many different locations to try and help me. They sent me to a website which I sent five different emails, being told that they would respond within 24 to 48 hours and I have not heard anything from anyone! I have been dealing with this for over a month and it is exhausting. I am getting punished for all their mistakes. They have not been helpful in anyway. I am getting charged for sessions that I am not receiving. This has been a nightmare and I will never ever sign up for sessions with this company again and I would highly suggest you don’t either.

I signed up for a weekly training session for the past 6 months. 5 weeks ago my trainer quit and no trainer has been given to me since. I have called multiple times and I was told an email would be sent. Today I finally talked to a manager who told me I had to pay no matter what. Even if I am not getting the services. The reason I signed up was to get ready to become an emt. I graduate in 3 weeks and have not been getting the training. The manager was rude and told me that the front desk workers only get paid 13.00 an hour and aren’t expected to do their jobs. He told me if I stop paying I will be sent to collections. I am responsible to pay, but apparently they are not responsible to provide the service. That, and the fact that the equipment is always broken, is why I will never be going back. Thanks for the terrible service and terrible gym.

The gym is oversaturated with individuals no matter the hour I go. There is never any parking and all the machines and benches are being used to an extent that i have to sit and wait for something to open up. Even then I am typically trying to get there before the other person who is also waiting for the equipment. This does not allow me to get a good consistent workout going from one exercise to another without waiting. I lose my pump even before the next exercise. The gym is more interested in profit than creating a good workout environment. This is a recent phenomenon as I have been going to the same gym for over 15 years.

48 hour processing days later after other bills are taken out of my account is not feasible. The money should be deducted right then. I am a teacher and I do not have the extra budgeted money to be pulling an extra $44 dollars out of my a$$ to keep paying you all because your processing time is slow.

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding the handling of my membership cancellation and refund request. On the 19th of this month, I visited your gym to cancel my membership, which was due for renewal on the 22nd. I informed the desk clerk that I understood and accepted the 30-day cancellation notice for the monthly membership fee, but requested that the annual membership fee for the upcoming year be stopped, as I would no longer be a member of the gym. Despite my clear instructions, it appears that my request was not properly processed. I have since called your establishment and spoken with a manager, who placed me on hold for an extended period of 52 minutes. Additionally, a friend of mine called on my behalf and was redirected to the manager's voicemail without receiving a response. I am requesting a full refund of the annual membership fee, as I will not be utilizing your services in the upcoming year. I believe it is only fair that I am not charged for a service I will not be receiving. I kindly ask for your prompt attention to this matter and a resolution in the form of a refund. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation

I signed up for EOS gym personal training and gym membership. Although the process to enroll is easy, the process to cancel is painful. After numerous attempts to have my written cancellation honored, EOS continued to withdraw funder from my bank account, which led to me filing a complaint with the BBB and my bank. While submitting my complaint with the BBB, I saw that numerous complaints have been filed against EOS related to issues canceling gym membership. Buyer beware of EOS gyms unscrupolous business practices.
