I canceled my membership after 9 days. The gym is always very crowded. There were incidents of arguing with other people over equipment. I found that really annoying.

I canceled on my 5th day and they said they were going to charge me anyway even though clearly it says I wouldn’t be if I emailed my cancellation which I did. So I’m very unhappy with this gym.

This place is a headache and stay far, far away. They are not transparent in their billing practices to the point of being unethical and immoral. I was straight up lied to on the phone and given misrepresentations. I went to the club and met with David Pacheco ,Operations Manager an arrogant person, I was dealing with Bria Jackson when I cancelled all my training classes and my membership because I was being billed for training that I didn’t have as of today no one had reached out or respond to my emails and letters. I’ve submitted several emails and even mailed out copies of the membership cancellation notice since June 2025 , was told by the arrogant manager that he was going to submit a cancellation request again on 7/28 and still waiting for cancellation notice or an approved for a refund but still pending. Honestly even gave me emotional distress and anxiety.this company doesn’t even care

Customer service here is very bad. Can't even tell you over the phone about plans and promotions. They'll only talk to you by appointment. REALLY! Don't waste my times if you can only talk by appointments only. Many gyms out there..obviously you aren't the only one

NIGHTMARE GYM save yourself the headache and stay far, far away. They are not transparent in their billing practices to the point of being unethical and immoral. I was straight up lied to on the phone and given misrepresentations. A month later and 3 supervisors reviewing my phone calls, I’ve now finally been approved for a refund but still pending. Honestly even gave me emotional distress and anxiety.

I joined this gym because of a promo that said “Pay $1 today, get 30 days of membership.” It sounded like a great deal. But just two weeks in, they charged me a full month’s subscription and added a $64 annual fee that was never mentioned. That is not 30 days for $1. The worst part has been dealing with their staff. They act friendly until you actually need help. I’ve been calling for over two weeks trying to speak to a manager. Every time, I’m told “they’re not in” or “they’re on a two-week vacation.” No one ever seems to know what’s going on. When I ask if the manager will be in later today, I get responses like “I don’t know.” How does no one know if their own boss is coming in? Is this your first day? When the manager finally reached out, she never followed up and didn’t respond to any of my emails. It’s clear they don’t take customer concerns seriously and hope you’ll just give up. Don’t fall for the gimmicks. This gym is a mess with dishonest billing, fake-friendly staff, and no accountability. There are better gyms out there that respect their members. Stay far away.

The gyms are nice however the staff are very unprofessional. One of the managers did an hour session when I signed up. He seemed more interested in trying to get a laugh. I continued to go to this gym and this same manager. Went back to la fitness staff much more helpful. Location on baseline in Laveen

Since I’ve attended this so-called “raunchy” gym, I’ve noticed that everywhere I go, all the cleaning materials near the equipment always seem to be empty. The bathrooms have broken toilets, grime on the walls, and an overall lack of upkeep. Half the equipment is either missing bolts or taped off, clearly not being repaired anytime soon. As for the kid services—they do the absolute bare minimum. I was sold on this place at first, but sure enough, after just a few weeks, their true colors showed: careless staff, and kids not being watched the way they should be. I’m already planning on finding a new gym nearby—one that actually provides the basic services I’m paying for. And on top of all that, they won’t even let you cancel in person. Instead, you’re handed a number to call—and even getting that feels like pulling teeth, as if they’re hoping you’ll just give up and stay. Zero stars. – Marco V.

I purchased my membership believing I could swim laps without worrying about kids peeing, pooping and other disgusting things in the pool. Nope. Eos decided that $5k each month was more important than members using the pool. They brought in a swimming group. So now you can't swim after work or on Sundays OR this Sunday afternoon because a kid vomited in the pool. Graciously they closed the pool for cleaning. Spectacular, but you wouldn't have had to, if you left swimming lessons to the Rec Center where they belong. I DO NOT recommend this gym if you plan to use the pool. They don't even put the hours of lesson on their schedule. Why? At least then we have a chance of avoiding the actual lessons, but not the vomit and poop cleaning. Again, wouldn't have to be done if they left lessons to the rec center. Who does a very good job at them. They also offered me a free training session. Set it up for Saturday at 8am. No one showed. Someone replied to my text and said they don't know what happened and can I reschedule. You can't show up and don't give any notice and you want me to reschedule? Brilliant - NOT. I submitted a complaint online. It says someone will respond in 24 hours. That was four days ago and still no response. Submitted another online complaint today. I don't expect a response because they obviously don't care about members. I'm sorry I chose this place.

Terrible customer service and canceling is a huge hassle. It’s not actually $10 a month once you add in all of the fees and annual fees they drop on you. Stay away.

I signed up myself and my foster boys for the new opening off university and Lindsey. This was because it was close by and the boys could ride thier bikes. Before the gym opened the boys were placed in a new home due to thier individual circumstances. I went to cancel thier memberships. I was charged for thier monthly and yearly memberships as well as my membership that I canceled soon after the transaction. This place does not care about the members just the money. I did not know that Eos charges a yearly membership just after 3 months after you join. Although this place is cheap it's greedy. I know go to a different gym that cares about me as an individual and not just my money.

When I joined I told them I was moving back to Kansas. They said , no problem, if you move somewhere we do not have a location you can terminate. After phone calls, emails, sending copies of proof of residence- keep charging and charging.

Unprofessional and Misleading - THE ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE AND I CANNOT CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP. I don’t usually leave reviews, but my experience at this gym was so disappointing that I feel compelled to warn others. I signed up for personal training expecting professional guidance and support. Instead, my trainers frequently showed up late, one canceled at 4 AM - only 45 mins before our early AM session, because he was "tired" - showed up late, and even arrived smelling strongly of weed. That level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable in any fitness environment. I was promised customized workout plans and nutritional guidance but received absolutely none of it. To make matters worse, I later discovered that one of the trainers had misrepresented their certifications. When I addressed these issues, management failed to take any meaningful action or offer real accountability. This gym is all talk: slick sales pitch, zero follow-through. If you value your time, money, and fitness goals, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

I hate to report or write anything about a business, but I have no other choice! Maybe they will listen once I write a review. I’ve complained several times about the temperature at the Sugarland location. It is too cold inside this gym to even get a sweat. I feel like I’m wasting my money coming here because I can’t get a sweat. They have those Big Ass fans on full blast🤷🏽‍♀️. Is this a gym or a club?🤔 You know it’s too cold when your hair is blowing and you are across the room🤔. You can’t run from the fans because it’s about 4 to 5 in there and all of them are blowing full blast plus the ac is up high. If you wanting results don’t join this gym or location ! What good is it to have great equipment when it’s too cold to even get any results?🤔. You have to sweat if you want to melt down that body fat!

getting charged with $280 even after canceling membership, and I have been reaching out to cancel for more than a month. I have been a member for the past 15 months and stuggling to get the right responses from eos team. There is no easy way to reach the team and ask for cancelation. Please dont sign up for auto payment or personal training, its challenging to work with the schedules of trainers - you keep getting charged, there is lack of flexibility to work with trainer schedules, and extremely difficult to cancel. I got charged again, today, even though I have been asking to cancel since more than a month back.
