Hi there, thank you so much for your feedback! We are really sorry to hear about this. Our wigs are one size fits most and that can be a challenge sometimes. If you purchased a prestyled wig (ie: Gaia, Phoebe, etc), please try removing the hairties, putting the wig back on your head and then retying it while it's on your head. What this does is it reshapes the wig into the shape of your head. Thank you!

“You have a great selection and it shipped fast. Unfortunately my address was not properly added to the shipping label for DHL because tracking says it came all the way to the post office in my town, then was rejected and sent back to you in CA because my actual house address never made it on the label! I have reached out to your customer support (5 days ago) and still have not gotten a response. My address was filled out properly on my checkout form, it was listed correctly on my order confirmation.”

When the original package came back, we were able to confirm that the address on the shipping label was correct so we suspect that the last courier who handled your package simply couldn't find your address. “These wigs are SO EASY AND FUN TO STYLE OMG!! I'm planning on doing some wig surgery to combine a few wigs once teased, but I have zero complaints when using Epic Wigs!! There are always so lush, hefty, and soft!”
