“The wigs are good quality considering the price, though I don't know about their lace fronts as I've never ordered them. Would be really nice if they allowed for refunds rather than just returns with store credit even if there was a restocking fee attached to any return. I ordered the wrong color of a style because the photos showed the wig to be darker than it actually was, so now I've got two wigs of the same style and no use for one of them. I don't cosplay often, so store credit doesn't do much for me. Also, what about people who are disappointed in the quality? That's not fair. They just wasted $30+ dollars, which is a lot of money for some people,”

“The wigs are always great quality once they come, though I always pay extra for shipping and every time I’ve ordered I’ve gotten the “your package has experienced a delay in transit” but there’s not really much that can be done about that once the package ships out, overall I love all of the wigs I have from the company!”

“The fibers are always so nice. Though I will say from personal experience, the longer styles are much more consistent then the shorter styles. But it’s not gonna stop me. I really appreciate the free shipping as well. I always go back for the midnight blue color”

Hi Theresa! Thank you for your reivew! Not going to lie, that's definitely a first we've heard for our Apollo style! These wigs should weigh around 7 ounces which is as heavy as a poptart.

“The wigs were soft and easy to work with. However, the blonde wig was not long like the picture depicted. Also the red wig would not curl at all when I tried to use my curling iron and it was alot of brighter than the picture. The front of the red wig was also lumpy so it does not look natural.”

Please allow us to clarify some of the issues you've mentioned in your review: "the blonde wig was not long like the picture depicted" Was it the color or the style (or both)? Any details we can get would help us improve our products. "the red wig would not curl at all when I tried to use my curling iron" Since our wigs are not human hair, they cannot be curled like human hair. Please see our guide on using heat tools: https://www.epiccosplay.com/pages/using-heat-tools "The front of the red wig was also lumpy" Sometimes this is due to the wig being packaged in a bag. To remove the lumps, you can try to get rid of it by using a hair dryer. Put the wig on a mannequin head and blow dry the lumpy area. While it is warm, press down the lumps until the hair cools.
