“Ordering was easy and everything was super reasonable prices. Shipping was fast, free, and nothing was damaged. The wig I got was exactly as advertised: color, style, length, etc. However, the wig I purchased was a little big on my head (I'm full grown with an average sized head) so just keep that in mind! I bought the butterscotch apollo wig for my Denji cosplay (cut and styled the wig myself) and this being my first ever cosplay making experience I was super intimidated but EpicCosplay Wigs made everything mad easy. Overall super pleased and will definitely be purchasing again!”

“Great company with an excellent rewards program. Their wigs are easy to style and almost never tangle. They are my ride or die for regular cosplay wigs. The only downside is that their lacefront wigs are so microscopically small but I'll definitely continue to purchase from them regardless.”

“Wig was easy to order and arrived quickly. I wish there had been instructions with it - I had no idea what the hooks inside the wig were for, there was nothing evident they were supposed to hook to. They just end up hooking onto the wig cap inside and pulling it off when we try to adjust the wig.”

“I have purchased many wigs from EpicCosplay. I have had both great and not so great experiences. Usually the problem I've encountered have been awkward wig fibers that have been hard to tame. However, more often than not I get a wonderful wig that is easy to work with. I always have had fast shipping times and will purchase from EpicCosplay Wigs if I am in a big rush!”

“i live in the uk so the shippings like £10 and it took a couple weeks while to get through customs, keeping that in mind, i really enjoy the wigs and appreciate the epicbucks feature to save a little money on that”

“I've been purchasing wigs from epic for almost two years now and can't express the quality difference between amazon wigs and epic. they may be slightly more expensive but the price is mountains more worth in quality. Shipping time is a giant plus as well. The only that's tough is having certain character-specific styles need pieces and parts, but they don't seem mass-produced and thin. these wigs ARE NOT thin.”

“Great experience with reseving, ordering, and using prouduct. Wigs are nice quality and vary soft. Only issue is that the red wig was not a good blend of colors ( copper red) I would not recamend wigs in that color. But other then a bit of shine I have no other issues.”

“EpicCosplay Wigs makes it pretty easy to find the exact wig I'm looking for for a cosplay. I'll admit, I wish their range with some colours was better (eg. more wigs in the Matcha Brown colour would be really nice, as I'm looking into cosplaying Tenko Chabashira with that colour, but there's only three styles in that colour, two are short, and the other isn't long enough), but otherwise I have no complaints. Price is reasonable and the quality is excellent, so really I only have minimal complaints about the range. Delivery is about what I expect for something from the US (I live in Australia), so can't complain there either.”

“Due to the length of the wig I got, the wig was much too thin for my tastes. I ended up buying two and sewing them together in order to get them thick enough for what I needed. The material is very nice, and doesn’t tangle very easily, and the color is vibrant.”

“I had an overall great experience with this company. I accidentally ordered the wrong color, so I did not open the package and they were able to accept a return and sent me a code for store credit, which I used to purchase the color I wanted. The wig is nice and soft, very full and thick, and fits comfortably. I'm quite happy with it. I have styled many costume wigs and this is a very nice mid-to-upper-range quality for synthetic wigs. The only issue I had was that after I sent in my return, I did not hear from them, and when I emailed to ask if they had received it, they said they could not find it and asked for my tracking information, which I had and sent to them. Once they had that they were able to process my return. Not a big deal overall but it did cause a slight time crunch for me, and I'm not sure what would have happened if I hadn't had the tracking number for my return.”
