“I love the quality and color matching from Epic Cosplays! When I decided to do Jinx this year, I wanted to make sure my wig and extensions matched and would portray the character correctly. This came out beautiful! The Shadow Blue was so perfect for the arcane version of Jinx! (Used Eros Lacefront and two 36" Ponytail Clips in Shadow Blue mix!)”

“The original wig I wanted was out of stock for a while but they kept me informed the whole time and were very helpful! I decided to get a different wig, and it was just as good and they sent it super quick! Great service!! And the wig is amazing!!!!”

“I love Epic Cosplay Wigs. Their wig quality is amazing for the price. I've never had a problem with one of their wigs in all my time of ordering. They are always fast about sending out their orders. I needed a wig for a con when I order from another company and it said it would get to my house a week before the con. The wig didn't show up till a week after the con. I now trust Epic Cosplay Wigs with all my wig needs.”

“The wigs were soft and easy to work with. However, the blonde wig was not long like the picture depicted. Also the red wig would not curl at all when I tried to use my curling iron and it was alot of brighter than the picture. The front of the red wig was also lumpy so it does not look natural.”

Hey there! Thank you for your review. We really appreciate it! We are so sorry to hear about this. Please allow us to clarify some of the issues you've mentioned in your review: "the blonde wig was not long like the picture depicted" Was it the color or the style (or both)? Any details we can get would help us improve our products. "the red wig would not curl at all when I tried to use my curling iron" Since our wigs are not human hair, they cannot be curled like human hair. Please see our guide on using heat tools: https://www.epiccosplay.com/pages/using-heat-tools "The front of the red wig was also lumpy" Sometimes this is due to the wig being packaged in a bag. To remove the lumps, you can try to get rid of it by using a hair dryer. Put the wig on a mannequin head and blow dry the lumpy area. While it is warm, press down the lumps until the hair cools. We really hope this will take care of the majority of the issues you've been having. If not, please let us know if you have any questions or additional concerns at support@epiccosplay.com.
