“Ordered a blonde, curly wig. Received a straight, brown wig. They don't do refunds, only store credit. Super annoying I'm being punished for buying one thing and getting another. Guess I'm just out $60. Don't recommend this shop at all.”

Hi Morrison! Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Honestly, that sounds terrible! I'd be unhappy too if I ended up receiving a completely different item. We never punish customers for "buying one thing and getting another." As per our return policy: "In the event there is a product shipping error or item defect, we offer a 100% refund or exchange. Email us at support@epiccosplay.com if you believe you have received an incorrect or defective item. Please include photo(s) of the wig in the condition it arrived in as well as the tag. This will help us confirm the possible errors." So let's get this sorted out! Please follow the instructions above and use "attn tiffany" in your subject email. So sorry for the trouble!

“This is one of the best wigs I've bought since I started getting into cosplay! I was impressed with the quality of the hair strands since they had a softness that made the wig feel more realistic and comfortable. It also has a thickness that allows much more flexibility in styling the wig. I also liked how the amount of hair spray and/or gel needed to keep the styling in place was considerably less than most wigs at this price range.”

“Aa the two wigs I purchased are a gift for my daughter, I have not opened the wigs, though from the appearance through the plastic packaging, they look well-made and with quality materials. They also arrived in a timely fashion. I would suggest sturdier mailing packaging, however, as the envelope was ripped open. Thankfully, the contents were still there and intact.”
