“I ordered a Maia peach blonde wig which states it comes with a set of ponytail clips. I ordered a second set of ponytail clips and received them in the blue black fusion color of the Eros I ordered. I don’t mind the inccorect clips and will use them, but it’s not what I ordered”

“As a wig stylist i can honestly say epiccosplay will be my go to from here on. originally i was drawn in by the free shipping available but after using a range of wigs i geniunly love the company. the color options are great and there's a ton of them. there's a huge range of base wigs to choose from, all extremely thick and great quality. wigs don't tangle as much as some other brands in which ive used. shipping is extremely fast and wigs are shipped out so quickly, record was getting a shipping notice 2 hours after placing my order. wigs arrive in perfect condition and to this day ive yet to have any issues! nothing missing, no damaged packages or any other troubles i've experienced with other companies :'D i'd give more stars if possible ! customer service is great too! even when i asked a ridiculous question they answered it!”

“Great experience with reseving, ordering, and using prouduct. Wigs are nice quality and vary soft. Only issue is that the red wig was not a good blend of colors ( copper red) I would not recamend wigs in that color. But other then a bit of shine I have no other issues.”

Hi Katherine! Thank you very much for your feedback on our wigs, we really appreciate it! We sell Copper Red wigs because it is suitable for certain characters (like Anastasia, Black Widow, etc) but we'll tip this to our team to see about expanding this type of color. Thank you!

“NOT EVEN CLOSE to the color in the picture AT ALL.... VERY UNHAPPY... If I didn't have to pay return shipping cost, I would totally return my item.... What a WASTE of $$$$”

“I received my wig ahead of the estimated delivery date. It said I was going to get the wig in 3-9 days but it only took 6 days after I purchased it. The wig is soft, smooth and a nice burgundy color just like the stock photos.”
