“Wig itself is in excellent condition and is a very good quality. However, I paid for express shipping because I needed it quick for a convention, the wig didn’t arrive until the afternoon of the convention and I had no time to style it”

“One of my favorite companies to get wigs from. I love how they are tangle proof which makes then easier to manage and take care of. There are a variety of options and shipping is quick. Most recently I bought Scylla and two ponytails to create this Harley Quinn look!”

“I love Epic’s wigs, as well as their customer support. I wasn’t sure between two options for a character and wasn’t sure if I’d get a response, but I sent in a question about which they thought would be the better option. I got a response super quickly with some advise, and that wig that was recommended ended up being perfect.”

“Due to the length of the wig I got, the wig was much too thin for my tastes. I ended up buying two and sewing them together in order to get them thick enough for what I needed. The material is very nice, and doesn’t tangle very easily, and the color is vibrant.”

“The product was shipped out practically right after I placed my order, which was a pleasant surprise. Delivery with DHL wasn't as fast as I hoped though, the order arriving on the last day of the estimated delivery window. That's on DHL though, so it won't affect my review. However, having more international shipping options might be nice. Aside from the delivery, I checked out the company's Instagram page and they are very interactive with their customers. I made a post to my Instagram story showing the product had arrived, and they responded in DMs and shared it on the company's Instagram story also. Lastly, I really like the website and social medias and the company seems to be up-to-date as possible, this is definitely the best place to go for cosplay wigs and I'll be ordering again in the future most likely.”

“I had an overall great experience with this company. I accidentally ordered the wrong color, so I did not open the package and they were able to accept a return and sent me a code for store credit, which I used to purchase the color I wanted. The wig is nice and soft, very full and thick, and fits comfortably. I'm quite happy with it. I have styled many costume wigs and this is a very nice mid-to-upper-range quality for synthetic wigs. The only issue I had was that after I sent in my return, I did not hear from them, and when I emailed to ask if they had received it, they said they could not find it and asked for my tracking information, which I had and sent to them. Once they had that they were able to process my return. Not a big deal overall but it did cause a slight time crunch for me, and I'm not sure what would have happened if I hadn't had the tracking number for my return.”
