“The wigs are good quality considering the price, though I don't know about their lace fronts as I've never ordered them. Would be really nice if they allowed for refunds rather than just returns with store credit even if there was a restocking fee attached to any return. I ordered the wrong color of a style because the photos showed the wig to be darker than it actually was, so now I've got two wigs of the same style and no use for one of them. I don't cosplay often, so store credit doesn't do much for me. Also, what about people who are disappointed in the quality? That's not fair. They just wasted $30+ dollars, which is a lot of money for some people,”

“The company was responsive to my questions in a timely manner and the hair color samples are great quality and the colors are amazing! I’m glad they offer the option to purchase color samples to make sure I get an exact match that’s such a great option that a lot of companies don’t offer! PLUS they offer colors other companies don’t!”

“The experience was great. I have a weird address so an actual person contacted me asking if it was correct and responded back withing an hour. The wig and head caps that arrived are pretty high quality for the price. Pretty sure I'll be picking here for any other cosplays that need wigs.”

“Shipping is fast and reliable. They process and ship orders extremely fast. The wigs are high quality, thick, and beautiful. I have a rather large head and the Epic Cosplay wigs fit so well--they barely even need to be pinned in place. Every Amazon wig I have ever bought has been too small and has given me headaches, but all of these wigs fit perfectly. If you also have this issue, try out these wigs!”
