“I placed my order over 10 days ago and have yet to receive it. The coffee industry is built on timely delivery, thoughtful planning and logistics, and communication in every step of production. So if necessary products and tools cannot be reliably sourced in a timely manner then it is unfortunate that services will have to be sought from sources outside of our industry that can deliver goods in a more timely manner.”

“I was making a (for me anyway) very large purchase and the whole team at Espresso Parts could not have been nicer or more helpful. Everyone was incredibly easy to work with. The sales experience was stellar, the packaging and shipping was perfect, the after sales support was excellent. Very happy and would highly recommend to anyone in need of new equipment.”
