“Espresso Parts entirely over-serviced our request for our stellar new Fiorenzado All Ground grinder. EP= 5 STARS for sure. If you need a new ESPRESSO MACHINE or GRINDER with fast dispatch the same day, do not hesitate to purchase your next business or home machine from EP. So many other sites offer meh photos of the machines you went / need; while Espresso Parts has them "in stock". If we had to do another similar purchase again > only via "Espresso Parts" for sure . . . ( No better delivery nor service ) We continue to solely buy from Espresso Parts for all our needs . . . They genuinely KNOW espresso . . .”

“Site was unclear on product. Arrived with incorrect tamp. When inquiry made to replace tamp, reply given that it would take a month to replace the item. Quick online search revealed a replacement part was easily obtainable and set to be delivered in days from another site that actually reached out and confirmed the correct replacement part was indeed what was intended to be ordered. Espresso extremely ooor website layout and frankly even worse customer service. Will not be ordering from them again.”
