“I can not imagine better, faster or more competent service. My steam wand on Rancilio Sylvia was leaking and the single hole was enlarged by my improper attempts at cleaning. I used the little chat box simply saying I wanted new parts to rebuild it. Within seconds the needed part numbers started popping up on my screen complete with a box to click to order. I was up and running making great cappuccino again in no time.”

“I desparately tried to find a new water reservoir for my Oscar Simmonelli espresso machine here in Canada where I live. For whatever reason it was impossible. My local espresso machine service and repair shop could not locate one in Canada either. I searched the web in America and...ta da....there you were. And there was the water reservoir. I ordered it and it came within days across the border. I am very happy with my experience.”

“I was so happy with my purchase. First, Espresso Parts HAD what I needed and it shipped as expected! If only UPS had a better handle on their abilities to deliver on time. UPS held onto my package for an extra 2 days without an explanation. Oh well. Espresso Parts did a great job! Thank you!”

“Excellent! Just what I was looking for. I have a 'brand new' La Pavoni Europiccola that I've had since the 80s and never used. Needed to shine it up a bit and add some pieces to be able to make espresso you had it all! Fast ordering, fast delivery and great prices (even better than Amazon!). We are happy!”
