“I suppose the product is ok. But, I still have not received it! According to your website I was supposed to receive it on Dec 23. It is now Dec 29 and it is still not here. Not sure if that is your fault or Fed-Ex, but it is very disappointing. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift to someone who was visiting from out of my state so now whenever i do receive it, I'm going to have to turn around and ship it to her. By the way, I paid for expedited shipping from you.”
