“This was my first order with Espresso Parts. I just needed two small items for my OG Rancilio Silvia V1 after owning her for all these years. You had what I needed in stock and shipped it out quickly. I was up and running again within a couple of days. I'll be sure to come back if I need parts again. All the thumbs up!!!”

“There was a 2 day delay in scheduled shipping, understandable as this was a new product introduction and not every retailer would have had sufficient supply on day one of release. However, they shipped via FedEx who provided a series of misleading target delivery dates, requested this review days before delivery, and then did not respond to a logistics query sent to their info@ email address. The product did arrive, undamaged. My tl;dr -- meh.”
