“I ordered a canister that can hold, for example coffee beans. One can then create a vacuum in the cannister by twisting the cover one way and then back the other way 10-15 times. The only think I worry about is how long the gasket will last”

“Everyone was helpful when I discovered I had ordered the wrong grinder. I was quickly given a return label with postage paid and will certianly wait for the grinder to be back in stock. A particular shout out and than you to Chandler Rentz for making things right!”

“I always get good service at a fair price from Espresso Parts. I wish I could say the same for the U.S. Postal Service. My order was shipped from Seattle on Wednesday, 12 February and didn't arrive in southern Indiana until Friday, 21 February.”

As I've come to expect, excellent experience all-around, with perfectly packed item, speedy shipping w/notifications, and the item itself (NotNeutral Lino Mug) matched my existing set perfectly.
