“Everything came as expected and in good condition. So far it's been great. Of course the grinder itself is the Pietro and is inherently quirky but it is functioning perfectly as intended and quite well so far. I have ground 1kg of beans through it on 3 coarseness to season it It had no issues with that. I have been currently dialing in my pourovers with it, and it's been a lot of fun. I'm very close to getting it exactly where I want it. I think I'm one setting away. I appreciated the upgraded accessory pack and the customer service. I emailed customer service a few times with some questions while it was on backorder and I got a response within hours. It was concise and addressed my concerns without a bunch of fluff and nonsense. Thanks again.”

“I’ve been a customer for years both on the commercial side and now the consumer side. They always get it right, it’s always shipped quickly and the prices are reasonable. Back when I was ordering parts for machines they would make sure I had everything I needed, even if I missed a washer or a bolt! Great company.”

“Espresso Parts has parts you won’t find anywhere else. I needed a steam valve stem gasket for a 1978 Gaggia Baby. Seemed hopeless, but using the precise measurements Espresso Parts provides, I was able to find a gasket that fits perfectly.”

“It fit my mid 1990’s era Rancilio Silva. I wish I had ordered the hose kit to go with it since the hose angles changed a bit and it would have been nice to replace all the hoses while it was apart. I used a bit of teflon tape to insure a vapor proof seal on the connection to the heater”

“They had the obscure water pipe in stock that I needed for my Rocket espresso machine and shipped it quickly. Free shipping minimums very reasonable. I'm impressed with the wide selection of espresso parts on the site - I will definitely use again next time I break something on my machine!”
