“I ordered a part for our espresso machine, turns out I needed one for an older model which they didn't have. They looked over photos I sent and recommended a return. They processed the return and made it very easy to return the part and get a refund.”

“Great service, all the parts you need for keeping your La Pavoni on the road. The Boiler pressure valve relief gasket weirdo thing on the spring works great thank you, saves me $100. And all is perfect. Except, now I need to order a shower screen gasket, Somehow the one I installed is too thick, far too thick. I've even pressed it in using the portafilter basketless with woodworked clamps... Ordering up now! Thanks again!”
