“the part came in a reasonable amount of time but I was surprised to see an index card with return item instructions. the part fit well but the old one had cracked after the post on the drip basket had rusted. Fortunately, I had a threading device so I used the part.”

I then had additionl questions and Alejandro provided the detailed answer I was hoping for that led to my order. Thank you! The Mazzer product arrived quickly but the grinder cleaning tablets were sent separately.”
