“The "official" reseller is usually out of stock on whatever parts are needed. Espresso Parts always has replacements that fit perfectly. This last thermostat I bought from them works better than the original and I was able to get it the next day.”

“Zero communication. Issues with order (incorrect item shipped w/part missing) reached out THREE TIMES without any response. Sent the shipping confirmation a week after I already received my order. First and last order from you guys and I will go ahead and process a chargeback. Thanks.”

“The girl was really helpful, but even after I told her my name was Vincent, I am a guy, she said " thank you Ms." I told her I was a guy. I can't help that I have a high voice. Even at 60 years old, after being teased my whole it life it still hurts. Go a head and have a laugh . Vincent”
