“Excellent service and reasonable prices. Faster service than I expected and the only reliable source for Rocket Espresso parts. The employees were incredibly conscientious and honest with me and found me parts I could not locate anywhere else. Plus free shipping for orders above $15 cannot be beat. I communicated both by email and telephone”

“Parts arrived quickly. However, there were no instructions for installing into my burr grinder. I had to look up a number of videos to make sure I was doing things correctly. It would have been much better with directions or at least a list of sites that provide the information.”

“Very excited to have my cold brew brewer. When it arrive is was ready to go except one piece was broke. I emailed it in and received a replacement within days. Everything is perfect. I would recommend Espresso Parts and will use them again for my coffee needs.”
