“Ordered 5 clump crushers, received 4. Messaged and quickly received a response that they would send me the 5th one no charge. Only to have to have my mailman ask for $5.60 to get the package because they didn’t pay for the post.”

“I ordered a Yama Glass "Sitka" Teapot (12 oz) after being served tea in one at a local bakery and loving it. I was pleased with the experience of ordering from Espresso Parts. The price was fair, the delivery was on time, and the glass pot was undamaged and included all the parts.
