“have had a little trouble getting the coffee bean holder to fit properly into the top of the grinder. I thought it would easily slip in, but requires more finess that seems reasonale. Otherwise, it's greaet”

“Great service, all the parts you need for keeping your La Pavoni on the road. The Boiler pressure valve relief gasket weirdo thing on the spring works great thank you, saves me $100. And all is perfect. Except, now I need to order a shower screen gasket, Somehow the one I installed is too thick, far too thick. I've even pressed it in using the portafilter basketless with woodworked clamps... Ordering up now! Thanks again!”

“Order number 436013EP. 2 items were damaged. Part CMA flat sided stem valve knobs were missing the metal disks with the steam markings on them. If you could send two new one it would be greatly appreciated.”

“I am not sure what the problem could be but the grind adjustment is not getting to "fine" Its coarse & when i try to adjust a bit more, it gets stuck & machine does not run! What could be the issue? Please”
