“I had a coffee grinder break and was in desperate need of a new one. I called talked with customer service, the gentleman I spoke with was very knowledgeable and did everything he could to find me a grinder that would work for me and I was able to pick it up at their warehouse the next day. From start to finish everyone was super helpful and very kind. Thank you for saving my sanity!”
