“Ordered some pretty basic parts but the delivery date continues to be rescheduled. It would be helpful to commit to a timeline stated on the website at the time of ordering - otherwise I’d get my parts somewhere else.”

“Free shipping is slow. Ordered Sep 30th. Received by USPS Oct 3rd. Initial delivery estimate Oct 7th. Now scheduled to arrive Oct 10th. I ordered an espresso machine from another supplier on Sep 30th and it arrived Oct 5th (also via free shipping). Several other smaller items, from various suppliers, have all arrived. This is the last item I’m waiting on - painfully slow by comparison.”

“The Rancilio group head shower screen-new version, seems to be an improvement over the IMS screen I was using. However, the jet dispersion nut that both the website and the person I talked to with said is necessary to use that screen on a Silvia is too tall, and the provided screw is too long. The nut I was using with the old screen is the correct height, but I am not sure if it is an original dispersion nut or not. So it wasn't necessary to buy the new nut and screw. Information needs to be changed, at lest for older Silvia models”

“I’m satisfied with the products but not the shipping or customer service. I have messaged about the fact that I got my one day next day air shipment in four days. The service team said it was due to being over a weekend. Well that was not specified when I placed the order. Therefore I want a refund but haven’t heard back.”

“Was initially very happy to get a great discount Then the Espresso machine arrived damaged I was informed there are no more in stock to replace it Instead, I was offered a replacement part for me to repair I said yes that seems doable Haven't heard back Emailed twice since then”

“Great and fast service up here to Alaska with free shipping. The exact same item from Amazon was going to take over 2 weeks to get here. Espresso Parts shipped the same day ordered and it arrived 3 days later. I think the price was even a bit less than the Amazon price as well. On top of all that they have a great selection and a very knowledgeable staff you can actually talk to. An excellent small business.”
