“Hi folks, my order came *through* Portland and continued south and is now inexplicably in California. I have no idea what's going on here but am concerned and displeased by it. (I'm guessing that the item won't be damaged, but *it's not even here yet* is the problem.)”

“Everything worked perfect and the customer service is excellent as well. One thing that you may want to add to the website is that the rubber gaskets for the head can get VERY VERY HARD and you may need to use a chisel to take it out ..”
