I purchased a repair kit for our glass rinser that was leaking after less than two years of mild use. Charge was $50 for some rubber gaskets and a simple brass part that wasn't necessary for the repair. I can't imagine that this kit cost more than a dollar to source, hence the feeling of getting ripped off.

Had the part but I paid for next day delivery, was told it would go out Tuesday. It arrived Friday. Our coffee bar couldn’t serve drinks during that time.

Those tops for the 35 gallon garbage can Are Chinese garbage. Everybody know that has them breaks them within a couple months

I ordered a screw driver which took over fifteen minutes, because you website does not take company credit cards. Was needing another part and could not get any credit cad to go. So I will use amazon, they take my credit cards

Placed an order, tried to cancel next day before it shipped. Their website says order don't ship for 2-3 days. Espresso Parts shipped it anyway and said I could ship it back for free. Why waste the shipping, just cancel the order.

no sure as advertise that my portafilter bottomless is a la marzocco brand, do not fit well, not water tight

as of today 1/23/24 my order has NOT been delivered. i have received a number of emails extolling the virtue's of espresso parts, but nothing received as yet. perhaps weather was an issue.

Shipping is expensive and it still takes a long time to receive the product. I don’t mind paying higher prices for shipping if the parts arrive in a reasonable time, but this has not been my experience.

Much slower delivery than ever before, 8 days. Not up to your usual standards; perhaps you’ve changed your standards. Normally 2 days and I’m back up and running. 😬

I received the wrong filters for the cold drip systems. I was completely out so I have no choice to use them and cut them to fit the 6-8 cup chamber. I double checked and I did correctly order the correct size

I paid for expedited shipping and it was not honored. Ordered two-day delivery and it took 6 days.

It was a time were everything was great, however conducting a business counting with the availability of Espressoparts inventory is a gamble,.... unfortunatelly the answer when ETA etc are discuss, is just a simple apology and nothing more than that, and sometimes it is just unacceptable!

Wasn't the right part. I guess a physical description might have helped. Bottom line, it doesn't fit the motor to pump as needed.
