I have still not received the parts I ordered and am quite upset about it. I called the customer service number left a message and never heard anything back. At this time, I’m still waiting to receive my order.

Was NOT happy at all that items ship USPS. It was a nightmare tracking the pakages I ordered and even had to go to the post office to get them. I avoid buying if USPS is shipper unless abosultely impossible to get it somewhere else.

wouldnt have metioned anything if i was not prompted, but i have not received my order yet. it has been sitting across the country for over a week now. fustrating to check tracking, with nothing happening at all.

After buying a $6,000 dollar machine and having issues with it, I had a great experience getting it resolved. So a year later I decide to upgrade my grinder to a $1,400 Fiorenzata Sense. It came in and the box was damaged. So I called and emailed and got an immediate response to go ahead and try it and make sure there were no issues. I got it unboxed and plugged in and asked for some basic guidance in an email to make sure I do things correctly. I didn’t receive an answer by email so I called during what I thought was hours 4 pm pacific time. Got a weird phone tree or I should say annoying. Very disappointed that no one seems to want to answer questions to make sure your expensive grinder is set up properly to ensure it wasn’t damaged. Will now think twice before ordering again. Bummed.

Your low rating is due to the high cost of postage for the part ordered. After placing the order with you, I found the Exact same item on Amazon, & without any postage. The postage for the item that I ordered from you was actually More than the price of the item itself.

I need to return the whole order. Only one of the 58mm baskets fits my porta filter. One of the baskets I ordered was mispicked and an orange was put in the bag. The phone i am supposed to call 800-459-5594 has some crazy recording on it that I finally got to leave a message on and am still waiting on a call back.

Packaging was very lacking. For an 8lb motor, with a small electronic component, the padding was very inadequate. Both parts arrived very damaged. I was able to reposition the bent pins on the small electrical component but it is unknown whether any internal damage was done. The copper tubing around the motor was bent and kinked.

Ordered two test kits. The first kit I opened had a defective Iron Powder Pillow so I had to open my second kit to compete testing. Hoping I will be sent a replacement kit, if I am I would rate my purchase as 5 stars.

I have always been very happy with ordering parts from Espresso Parts. My last purchase included an item that was not in the package. Mistakes happen, so I emailed customer service but have not heard back in 4 days.

Item missing from order. Item was marked on inventory packing slip as packaged. item is bigger then box in which order came in.
