Quality products but customer service isn't great. Was told if the price on a product drops that they would refund the difference, so I purchased early. Price of that product dropped and they then turned around and said "oops I was wrong" with no commitment to keep to their word.

Order # 389687 EP I purchased three filter screens but only receved one. The packing list stated I had order one. My purchase was paid for using a crdit card. I have received my credit card bill which refects three screen plus shipping. Packing list did not indicate any back order of two. I’m not sure you want to read my review but here it is. I submitted a similar review after my last purchase. It’s a lot of money for so few parts that probably cost you no more than $10. But I have to have it. In the kit, there are parts for two models of rinsers. Therefore, I’m paying for parts that I will never use. I will keep buying this kit until I can find other parts elsewhere.

The spray dome for the fetco that I ordered looks exactly like the one I was replacing, but it doesn't work. The brewer behaves as though there is no spray dome present.

I did not receive my order but it looks like it is my fault. I checked UPS Tracking and the address is not correct. I looked at the order with you and the address I used for the order is wrong. Order 320094EP UPS 1ze990160396032116 I updated my address with UPS but I dont know if this will automatically cause UPS the try a new delivery. Could you please update the address on your site to what I have provided below and coordinate with UPS to have them attempt again with the proper address. I purchased a repair kit for our glass rinser that was leaking after less than two years of mild use. Charge was $50 for some rubber gaskets and a simple brass part that wasn't necessary for the repair. I can't imagine that this kit cost more than a dollar to source, hence the feeling of getting ripped off.

Had the part but I paid for next day delivery, was told it would go out Tuesday. It arrived Friday. Our coffee bar couldn’t serve drinks during that time.

Those tops for the 35 gallon garbage can Are Chinese garbage. Everybody know that has them breaks them within a couple months

I ordered a screw driver which took over fifteen minutes, because you website does not take company credit cards. Was needing another part and could not get any credit cad to go. So I will use amazon, they take my credit cards

Placed an order, tried to cancel next day before it shipped. Their website says order don't ship for 2-3 days. Espresso Parts shipped it anyway and said I could ship it back for free. Why waste the shipping, just cancel the order.

as of today 1/23/24 my order has NOT been delivered. i have received a number of emails extolling the virtue's of espresso parts, but nothing received as yet. perhaps weather was an issue.
