I had high hopes. Bottom line, our coffee shop opening was delayed 2 months because Espresso Parts didn’t prioritize our order. We were guaranteed it by a certain date and then a few days before that date, they let us know it would take another month! I kept on getting the answer of “its stuck in port” or “its stuck in Italy”… but when I said i was going to cancel my order, they had our espresso machine on a truck to us within 48 hours of me threatening to cancel. Makes me wonder if I was being lied to the entire time OR if they had THAT bad of employees taking care of their business. Once Dave stepped in, things got better. I will say Dave was amazing to work with.

I have a return and unable to get in touch with anyone there. You have an odd message and no way to simply do this online? I would hesitate about ordering anything else…

I sent an email to Espresso Parts informing the company I ordered the wrong part and requesting to exchange it for the correct part. No one from the company responded so you were terrible.

I ordered a new steam knob for our Gagglia Classic but received a knob that is too large to fit where it needs to go to engage the stem.

When I ordered my replacement parts for my Gaggia Titanium, I was sent out the wrong parts. I feel I am owed a full refund due to the error of who filled my order. This is nonsense.

Too many items on back order that are not listed as back order. We ordered some V60 kits for Christmas back in October. They just arrived in February. Hate to say it. Sorry guys Amazon is becoming more reliable. If you don’t have it, don’t know when it’s gonna be in, don’t sell it.

Missing half my order. Called support and they said they would refund half the money and the shipping. This was last week and I have not received any further confirmation or communication.

Communication was slow. The panels required the purchase of $200 worth of chrome covers (@ $50 each !) which was unexpected. The 4 covers were discussed in the item description but the costs of them were not indicated and the link to them was broken. I have previously had excellent service but this time I was quite disappointed :(

Ordered two shower screens for my Oscar 2, when they arrived they were snapped together so tightly I had to use pliers to peel them apart while being careful enough not to further bend the thin metal worse than it already was.

The solenoids are not returnable, the 24V unit were listed next to the one with copper fitting (220v) in addition, they shared the same part number (why manufacturer do that just doesn't! make sense). I was just gonna take a lost and whatever, since you asked. I just have to tell you I am not too happy about it.

We ordered a grinder and didn't hear from the company until 6 weeks later when I needed to call twice and email twice to see when the grinder would be shipped and delivered. It was hard to get ahold of a representative, especially when usually tracking is automated.
