The solenoids are not returnable, the 24V unit were listed next to the one with copper fitting (220v) in addition, they shared the same part number (why manufacturer do that just doesn't! make sense). I was just gonna take a lost and whatever, since you asked. I just have to tell you I am not too happy about it.

We ordered a grinder and didn't hear from the company until 6 weeks later when I needed to call twice and email twice to see when the grinder would be shipped and delivered. It was hard to get ahold of a representative, especially when usually tracking is automated.

The part still hasn't arrived. USPS is a terrible way to ship!

The product is fine, but I ordered at 9 am on a Monday and by Wednesday the part had not been shipped. I had to call to get it to ask them to ship it. I finally got it on Saturday after close of business. I even paid for an upgrade in my shipping from the free option. The webpage advertised that if I ordered by 2 pm it would ship the same day.

I’m only giving 2 star because my shop was closed due to a 31.00 dollar part and They would absolutely not let me pick up at their wharehouse knowing My business would be closed until the part showed up in the mail. It costed me almost 2 full days of sales. Typically they are 5 star service and always has been but do leave a 15 year customer hanging like this was unacceptable.

The delivery of the espresso machine left a bitter feeling. The sales experience and the delivery of the accessories was great. But the machine took over 2 weeks when I was told it was going to take 3-4 days

Nothing wrong with the part, but it is not 6” at the top (not including the lip), it tapers to a larger size as it gets near the top.

I received only part of the order, which is filters for the coffee maker and I don't want them if the coffee maker doesn't arrive before Xmas.

Absolute dearth of communication from Espresso Parts. Numerous emails took multiple business days to receive a response. They were unable to append a small value item ($2) to a larger purchase with a PayPal invoice, CC purchase order, cheque...nothing. Said I would have to order again and pay additional shipping charges. Zero communication throughout the process of modifying my portafilter. In the end, I got everything I paid for, but much slower than expected, with poor customer service.

Generally, we've have good luck ordering from Espresso Parts. This time, while our part was in-stock when I ordered it, I found out later it was back ordered as they had oversold from their website. When I called to get the status, they promised it in 4 days. After 6 days I had not received it. Called again and it was still on back order. I ordered from another company and got it within 2 days. If you've ever gone without an espresso grinder in your coffee shop, you'll understand how this was so frustrating.
