“i had to elicit info on my machine order. it was delayed for well over a month took roughly 3 months to arrive. i didn't feel i was updated well until i took the effort to inquire and persist. the delay seemed to me to be prolonged and i never was given any reason as to why it was or why i was not informed.”

“I recently ordered the la marzocco water test kit. It's nice and comprehensive, but I was disappointed that there was only one hardness test strip and only one alkalinity strip. The shipping was also almost the same as the cost of the kit.”

“I have an aging Rancilio Silvia with a leaky steam valve. This is my second Silvia and I have had some success extending the machine's life by replacing worn out part (with big help from YouTube). I sent a diagram with a description of the problem to Expresso Parts to get advice about how to fix the problem and identify the parts I would need. Megan responded promptly by identifying five inexpensive parts needed to rebuild the steam valve. I ordered and received the parts and now just need to install them. I give Espresso Parts 5 stars because of the way Meghan helped me as I try to extend the life of an aging machine.”
