“Although the solenoid is for an express machine and the one I had that fried was for a high pressure mister, by matching the voltage and amperage I was able to find a cole match and it fits perfectly and functions as needed, so having the labels shown on the website made this an easy project. 101 degrees and the arbor is comfortable (just need a good cup of coffee!).”

“After buying a $6,000 dollar machine and having issues with it, I had a great experience getting it resolved. So a year later I decide to upgrade my grinder to a $1,400 Fiorenzata Sense. It came in and the box was damaged. So I called and emailed and got an immediate response to go ahead and try it and make sure there were no issues. I got it unboxed and plugged in and asked for some basic guidance in an email to make sure I do things correctly. I didn’t receive an answer by email so I called during what I thought was hours 4 pm pacific time. Got a weird phone tree or I should say annoying. Very disappointed that no one seems to want to answer questions to make sure your expensive grinder is set up properly to ensure it wasn’t damaged. Will now think twice before ordering again. Bummed.”

“I don't typically leave reviews, but I was absolutely blown away by the level of customer service provided by Alina C, the Espresso Parts Customer Service Specialist who helped me with a product issue from the factory. The response to my issue was incredibly thoughtful and it completely turned around what could have been an otherwise disappointing experience with the product and its manufacturer. Espresso Parts has a new regular customer, thank you!”
